Plain ANPB is good cold where it's not creamy. When it's warm it reminds me of, well, think an ill bad baby making a mess in a diaper. LOL

Cinn Raisin Swirl is also good chilled, hunks of raisin and grainy. Tastes like cookie dough.

White Chocolate ANPB also tastes like a form of cookie Dough, and it's really good.

Pumpkin Pie ANPB tastes like a notassweet pumpkin pie, but it's still quite edible.

The PB's are going to be the death of me lol, but on my low carb days I can have 2 tbsp with 3-5 meals a day and it just works for my #'s :) If I end up getting sick of it, that is NOT a bad thing. I always have almonds & walnuts to fall back on :chomp:

I JUST found out our competition, the one that just took my highest paying account away, as well as a few other big ballers my bosses 'had' ... is NOW going to be there to expand into our state. That is NOT a good thing. For example, I saved my client $31,000 ... Thirty one THOUSAND dollars and it was not good enough. It was a steal & they did NOT deserve it when you looked at the account... It's ridiculous.

Oh well ... rough times ahead, nothing new there ;)

Yea, take ur time and learn the bench form perfectly. In the longrun you will be able to bench more weight w/ the correct form then u ever thought. It took me several weeks to get out out the habbit, but what really helped me was 'close-grip' benching. (would hold bar and touch thumbs and then thats my close grip, because i already bench with a close grip, index fingers on first ring.)

Let THEM rot! I know it is very hard if not imposible to understand persons like that. It is their actions that give them away...Instead of being true to someone who has helped them...they are like cats...they scratch the hand that feeds them! Their loss!

WOW - you really are a fan of the ANPB. I feel so stupid eating my store brand (Central Market - not sure they are anywhere but Texas) ANPB.

I did eat a spoonful of "regular" PB this weekend and spit it out...no joke. It tastes SO different than ANPB....I didn't like it.

GLad to see you lifting again. 40lb DB's over head is SICKO! Very respectable IMO. I'm w/ Sarge on the squats - need a "back" pic!!!!!

Keep smiling that pretty smile you wascally wabbit. :heart:

JP, actually you may get sick with you overeat the flavored kind, so it might not be too bad for you. I am FULL after I eat my meals … as in can’t eat more the 2 tbsp at a time. For now, at least … lol

My gym opens at 5, so I’d like to get there at 5-530 but since I’ve been running/walking while the weather is nice, I prefer to wait it to get lighter out. I have to run along side a busy road with no sidewalks to get there. Grass path worn down though, so it’s not like I’m running in the middle of the street :roadster: :evil: But it never fails, a truck & that dang exhaust drives by …. UGH… *gag*

SEated barbell military... no machine/smith here :D Nelms told me to stay away from that when they were here and we hit the gym together :lmao: He asked where the squat rack was and I showed him the smith machine and he said "OHHHH nooooooo little duckie" ;) And, thanks for noticeing them... thats all that matters :rose:

I LOVE training in the morning… esp cardio outside in fall like weather. Still hitting high 70’s & low 80’s when I get off work, so it’s perfect. Then walking at night when it cools off?! OMG I love it… Have a great rest of the week :elephant:

Def. will do. It is making me drool just thinking about it!! My guess is that they will be sweet and flavor-ishous, so a little will go a long way.

Kind of, Nelms put me onto the 5x7 split routine which I love. I'm playing around with the cardio. I find that I need cardio more for sanity than anything else though I'm keen to maximise the fat burn.

I realise (finally) that diet is #1, weights #2 (didn't believe it for the longest time), cardio #3 and supplements #4.

Well, consistency should override everything and be #1, especially for someone like me

*** Happy Thursday everyone :)! No walk to the gym this AM, it was torrential downpour, pitch black & lighting everywhere. VERY scary to drive in, and I’m only 1.3 miles away!!! I got my butt up and didn’t miss a day (go ME!!) and was so excited to get my BF done again. Puts things in perspective and lets me know where I need to start from to accomplish the task at hand. :D Not such a good idea to go AFTER a big cheat though, results are mostly a little off since I’m 5 lbs up on the scale since yesterday. We Shall See!!! Great quick shoulder workout.. a lot of firsts today… I did seat Military with the BB for the first time AND I didn’t train with my IPOD. Lucky it was kinda empty this morning & I was surprisingly relaxed & in the zone. LOL, the weekend means NOTHING to me right now since I will be working all weekend, techincally Thurs - Sunday (am) ... I'm going to make sure I dont have to go tonight AND hopefully takeoff early Saturday after the banquet, which is btw a buffet *catered by Taste of Italy* :worried: lol :evil:

There is also a "Friday Night Food Festival" ... :rolleyes: lol I'll just say there is not a single person I can think of that will be in attendance that shares my views on the fitness lifestyle... lots of overweight, smoking, drinking men, beer bellies & plumbers cracks WILL be seen at this event.

Is your seated OLY BB OHP "set up" have the seat/rack type thingy where u sit in a rack set up? ...or it is free weight where u had to grab the OLY bar and go sit down?

· 5 lbs heavier than previous day
· Aunt flow should be here in 5 days or so

**Note** I am going to compare to my 13% @ 162 lbs to see where the jumps are. I do this because THOSE results were 11-12 weeks off from when I started cutting in FEB., almost same time from until my show :) This helps me visualize my past progress & address previous issues that may end up a pothole on this journey. Trying to pave over that before it would become an issue. :D Get it? hehe, Data Bunny... :D
