a gram a week of primo?

yeah I ran it with tren the first time so I was gonna run it gh and test this go around to really see what its about, but then the local talked me into adding eq lol...thanks for the feedback, I'll probably run depot 500mg twice a week, hurts just thinking about pinning that lol

The GH and Primo combo sounds amazing. I would expect some great results with the cycle you have planned. Enjoy and good luck.
 
true, I don't see why you couldn't go back down unless you were running the same compounds cycle after cycle?

I meant once you run a gram of primo, then anything less wont work as good. I prefer to add in different compounds, rather than running one sky high. But its your cycle and as long as training and diet is on point you should do great with it.

thanks brotha, what type of diet did you run with that cycle?

I pretty much stuck to the same diet as off cycle, but added a bit more protein. I would have my regular 7-8 meals a day

7am- 8 egg whites 2 whole, I cup oatmeal
9am - handful of almonds, 50 gram protein shake
1130am - 7-8 oz chicken breast ( BBQ), brown rice pasta
2pm - same as meal 3 with addition of asparagus
430-5pm - 2 cans of tuna in water ( olive oil added), 1 cup of oatmeal
6pm - GYM
7pm - 50g protein shake
8pm - 2 7oz chickens with white rice and salad w olive oil
10pm - greek yogurt which another protein shake( 50g)

solid diet, i'm goin with IF for this one...should work well with primo
 
Thanks bro. I have not yet tried IF, but would like to sometime soon. Can you give me an example of a your day with IF?
I havn't tried it yet either, my schedule doesn't permit atm...but i plan on going about it like this...

16 hour fast powerchew bcaa's only
train
8 hour feed

350g protein
300g carbs
50g fats

split into 3 meals with the largest meal coming pwo, i'll adjust the macros as needed but I doubt ill have to, I may run albuterol and ramp up to 3mg every 2 hours

Thanks for the layout. I've always heard good things about IF, with regards to getting lean, but never knew exactly how it works. I cannot picture not eating for that long, it seems I would shrink down. Might try it my next cycle.

you would think that but if done correctly gaining lean mass and dropping bf is a sure thing, especially with primo thrown in the mix, should be an extremely effective combination
