A Few Questions Regarding AAS

Age - 21
Height - 5,10"
Weight - 252lbs (18 Stone)
Bodyfat - 17-18%
Bodybuilding Experience - 6-7 years
AAS Use - Explained Below

Several months back I did my first ever cycle which was the following:

10 Week cycle of Test-E. 1000mg the first week (split into 2 doses) followed by 9 weeks of 500mg per week (also split into 2 doses).

I then waited 2 weeks & started my Nolvadex cycle which lasted for 21 days. 100mg the 1st day, 60mg per day for the next 10 days & 40mg per day for the following 10 days.


My Questions:

- Since coming off the cycle I tried my absolute hardest to keep as much of the size I gained as possible, but sitting here now you'd never be able to tell I once did a proper Test cycle. I think the reason for this is the fact that I took such a long break and went WITHOUT AAS. I was told by many that the time off should equal the time on... So if your cycle lasted 3-4 months, you should take 3-4 months off before starting another cycle. Are you sure this is the normal thing to do? Let's take the Pro's for example (And even non IFBB'ers who are always huge/ripped)... ALL year round they're massive, and it looks as if they NEVER come off the juice. It doesn't seem to me that they take big amounts of time off before starting another cycle. To me (although I could be wrong) it seems as though they're juicing all year round. I'm just thinking of starting another cycle again, but don't particularly want to be back to the drawing board once the cycle is finished, due to have to wait so long to start ANOTHER cycle. What do you think?

- For my 2nd cycle, somebody said to me it'd be a good idea to keep it relatively the same as the first, but this time I could try a "dianabol kickstart" instead of the 1000mg (test) per week frontload which I did in the first cycle. How exactly would this go though? Would it be set out to look something like the following:

Weeks 1 - 4 - Dianabol @ 40mg/day
Weeks 1 - 10 - Test @ 500mg /week (250mg twice a week)

Also, regarding the above, WHY would a dianabol kickstart be better than a test frontload? The person I spoke to seemed to think it was, but this was a while back on the forums, so I never actually asked him WHY.

- And last of all, how would the cycle above work when cutting? Is the cycle above a mass building stack, or can it be used to help cut aswell? Also, let's just say for example that diet & training were nearly completely spot on, would it be possible to lose fat AND gain some size whilst on cycle? I know this is extremely hard & rare for people to do when not juicing due to the goals being the complete opposite, but I figured it might be possible whilst on AAS. What do you think?

"Pro's" have ran gear for years, they didn't just get "huge and ripped" of a cycle or two. Years of training, dieting, cycleing etc. I won't even get into that. You can start your next cycle when you're fully recovered, how do you know? BLOODWORK.

Looks good to me, Orals are fast acting and a good way to kick start any cycle.

DIET is key, you can "cut" on any cycle

IT'S THE STANDARD BUT IF YOU WANT TO PREVENT SUPPRESSION, THE TIME OFF SHOULD BE TWICE AS LONG.

WOW, YOU REALLY DON'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THESE DRUGS, DO YOU? THE DRUGS DON'T BUILD MUSCLE OR BULK OR CUT. THEY ASSIST YOU IN THOSE PROCESSES WHICH REQUIRE PROPER TRAINING AND DIET. GET A CLUE BRO.

Why would you think that taking 1000 mgs of test the first week of your FIRST EVER cycle would be a good idea???!?

Waaaaaaaay too much test. I've had way to many cycles, and I've still never done more than 750 mgs of test a week...

You are unlikely to listen, but IMO you don't need gear at all. At 21 you have enough muscle building compounds in your body to create a great phyisque naturally. 1 gram of test at 21? Why?
There is no need to run more then 500mg/wk.

At 21, there is no need to run aas at all.

If I had to run a test alone cycle, I'd hit 250 mgs of test.

I am by no means an AAS expert, still natty (or at least all OTC) up to this point.

But, I'll try to help you out a bit. As a side, a front load of Test E doesn't kick start anything. Research these drugs an their esters. Different esters have different half lives which control how long it takes your body to breakdown and release into your blood stream. Test E is a long ester. You probably didn't start to feel the effects of your "front load" for a few weeks.

Now, until you can train and grow naturally you shouldn't think about using again. Your young and your test levels are high. You're at your natural anabolic peak right now. Take advantage of it and build a base. What have your gains been like over the past 6-7 years?

If you don't get this down then it doesn't matter how much you gain on cycle because you'll never hang on to it.

I think your other questions were addressed.

To the original poster... listen to these guys bro. If you make some solid gains naturally you'll be greatful because you'll be able to make greater gains off lower doses in the future and your body will thank you for that. If you're at 1g of test/week at 21, where is up from there? 2-3g by the time you're 25?:confused:

your body produces anywhere between 50-100mgs of test EW. around 250mgs of test only seems to be the standard for the cherry popper cycle. listen to the sound advice you get here. a whole gram of test on your first cycle ever? damn, plz start respectin your body or your nuts will pack up and leave you!
