AAS Use - Explained Below
Several months back I did my first ever cycle which was the following:
10 Week cycle of Test-E. 1000mg the first week (split into 2 doses) followed by 9 weeks of 500mg per week (also split into 2 doses).
I then waited 2 weeks & started my Nolvadex cycle which lasted for 21 days. 100mg the 1st day, 60mg per day for the next 10 days & 40mg per day for the following 10 days.
My Questions:
- Since coming off the cycle I tried my absolute hardest to keep as much of the size I gained as possible, but sitting here now you'd never be able to tell I once did a proper Test cycle. I think the reason for this is the fact that I took such a long break and went WITHOUT AAS. I was told by many that the time off should equal the time on... So if your cycle lasted 3-4 months, you should take 3-4 months off before starting another cycle. Are you sure this is the normal thing to do? Let's take the Pro's for example (And even non IFBB'ers who are always huge/ripped)... ALL year round they're massive, and it looks as if they NEVER come off the juice. It doesn't seem to me that they take big amounts of time off before starting another cycle. To me (although I could be wrong) it seems as though they're juicing all year round. I'm just thinking of starting another cycle again, but don't particularly want to be back to the drawing board once the cycle is finished, due to have to wait so long to start ANOTHER cycle. What do you think?
- For my 2nd cycle, somebody said to me it'd be a good idea to keep it relatively the same as the first, but this time I could try a "dianabol kickstart" instead of the 1000mg (test) per week frontload which I did in the first cycle. How exactly would this go though? Would it be set out to look something like the following:
Weeks 1 - 4 - Dianabol @ 40mg/day
Weeks 1 - 10 - Test @ 500mg /week (250mg twice a week)
Also, regarding the above, WHY would a dianabol kickstart be better than a test frontload? The person I spoke to seemed to think it was, but this was a while back on the forums, so I never actually asked him WHY.
- And last of all, how would the cycle above work when cutting? Is the cycle above a mass building stack, or can it be used to help cut aswell? Also, let's just say for example that diet & training were nearly completely spot on, would it be possible to lose fat AND gain some size whilst on cycle? I know this is extremely hard & rare for people to do when not juicing due to the goals being the complete opposite, but I figured it might be possible whilst on AAS. What do you think?
