i know that the usual dosage of r-ala is one cap per 30g of carbs, howevere my question pertains to liver protection rather than carb disposal/metabolism in my body...i never had insulin related problems
i eat a clean diet and i do tonns of activities (soccer, track, sprinting, weightlifting,swimming...some are seasonal though) and i noticed (blood tests) that the more stressed i am physically (possibly mentally) the higher are my enzyme values as well as lipid pannel, and not by mere increments, but by hundreds...so the question, with all the wonderful research i read about the beneficiary activity of r-ala in a body, what would be a good dosage per day to maintain liver health? what could i take with it that would work synergistically to increase the efficiency (NAC, milk thistle?)
also, could someone PM me a code for discount (college student here on a tight budget
)? and are there any deals like buy 3 get one free
