9 Week Pre Contest Log

First of all, I know I am going to get a lot of members criticizing me on this somewhat unorthodox first cycle. However, I still am going to do this log.

I will be preparing for a contest late April with assistance from an experienced trainer/coach. I will not be deviating from this plan, but any useful tips for side effects and or prevention of such would be greatly appreciated.

Beginning Stats:
Weight - 176
Height - 5'11"
Body Fat - 5%
Age - 21

Gear: (Week1)
Tren A - 37.5mg MWF
Primo - 50mg MWF
Adex - 1/2ml EOD

Week 2:
Tren - 56mg MWF
Primo - 75mg MWF
Adex - 1/2ml EOD

Week 3: (Same as Week 2)

Week 4:
Tren - 75mg MWF
Primo - 100mg MWF
Adex - 1/2ml EOD

Macronutrient Breakdown:
Protein - 325
Carbohydrates - 250
Fat - 95

Training:
Chest and Triceps - Day 1
Back and Biceps - Day 2
Off - Day 3
Shoulders - Day 4
Legs - Day 5
Off - Day 6
Repeat - Day 7

Cardio:
5 days a week, 30 minutes walking on incline.

Supplements:
Vitamin D
B Complex
Protein Isolate
Multi Vitamin
Digestive Enzymes
Papaya Extract
Glucosamine
EFA

I will be doing men's physique. I understand that this type of "physique" is attainable naturally, however I am running this stack to maximize fullness, and hardness, thus helping me win. I will post a back shot tonight. Thanks for the follow.

Actually you'd be surprised how very few physique guys are natural. Most that do well are at least using leaning and hardening drugs like Masteron and Winstrol
 
Yep, I'll be adding in Winstrol as the contest approaches. Have to do what I have to do to hang with the top of the competition. I'll be doing a national qualifier.
 
You are fairly lean to start, but a long ways from 5%. If you were 5%, your entire back would be defined! and you would have a well developed "Christmas tree" in your lower back. Also the fat in your lower back and obliques would be gone. If you get a chance, throw up a front shot and I can help assess your condition and give you a better estimate. From the back you look more like 9-10% at best to me
 
Put up a few relaxed and a few poses...

But as rick said your not 5%

Also your only 21.. I don't like guys that age using steroids especially tren. Even if it is for a competition
