80/90s era dropping like flies

what does everyone think about the long term health consequences of PED use?
and who here run heavy cycle and stays on year round and what are your concerns?

seems kind of scary but im of the opinion that if you only have enough money for our drugs and no enough for your health (liver support, kidney support, blood tests etc) then you should not be using drugs. i also disagree with the "aesthetic generation" using gear. i simply do not think you need to use gear to be 165lbs 8-10% bodyfat. seems everyone is looking for a short cut. lets hear your opinions.
 
Fuck the 165 %8-10 bodyfat. I hate this fuckin era. It's all about holding up a damn sponsorship and lookin pretty for the camera with nice clean rubber weights and badass shoes. Shut the fuck up get off social media and train with metal plates and think about why you train. (Not you, all these camera happy bitches)

In all honesty though, most can't achieve their physiques even with gear. How many of you guys have a physique like Jeff Seid?

very few, but most people think they can be on point 4-5 times a week then go party and club like he makes everyone believe on the weekend and expect to have a decent physique. 9/10 people could look somewhere in the ballpark of his physique after a solid 8-10 years training natural if they really put the effort in, his size and body fat anyway, gear or no training is not going to give his insane structure.
 
the fitness industry has made it necessary to have abs and be weak, starve yourself of calories, and have heart problems and abuse steroids, drugs, and diuretics.. and that is considered healthy when it isn't.

as long as that trend continues guys will continue to die in their 30's and early 40's. it is selfish to leave behind your family to mourn

these guys cannot even stand up or push decent amounts of weight anymore because their organs are 70 years old in 30 year old bodies.

this is why steroid use shouldn't be started very young.. the sooner you start, the sooner the trajectory begins of not being shredded enough or not being muscular enough. this will cause guys to abuse more and more until they end up dead
 
But the same could be said for the guys at 6% body fat and huge muscles and not competing. I personally never want to be below about 13-15% bf. Why? that is about the most healthy range to be in and most people who are not body builders look at someone with 6% bf and are not attracted to that at all. So you could say why are people at 8% using steroids to get to 6%. The simple truth is everyone who is using them is using them for a reason. I may not like your reason you might not like mine, and we might both hate person x reason but I am not here to judge your reason and you should not judge theirs. Weather you want to compete, set a record, get chicks, get guys, be on a mag cover, be the best you can, you have your reason and clearly your reason is important to you or you would not be doing this much to try to accomplish it.

to be clear though steroids build muscle they have nothing ti do with bodyfat. you can be 6% bodyfat natural if you watch your diet. steroids build tissue. you can be 160 6% natty but unless your 7ft tall you cant be 250 6% natty

good points man, the fitness industry and sponsors are killing athletes imo, if people didn't have to be photo shoot ready year round and could actually take proper off season athletes would be far better off health wise.

This is what I like to call mostly true.

The more muscle you have the more calories you can eat and not gain fat.
So if someone whose weight is stable puts on 20Lbs of muscle in 1 cycle and doesn't change their diet they will slowly loose fat due to now being under maintenance.
There is also things like Tren that if your don't up your calories will have a leaning effect.

But just to be clear...I 95% agree with you about steroids not causing weight loss. They can however cause your daily calories used to increase which can have a fat loss effect if taken advantage of correctly. Also lots of people lump clen, albuterol, T3 in with steroids as they are usually part of a cycle even if they aren't steroids themselves. Example female fitness models.

yeah you may get a small benefit from aas as far as fat burning and obviously if your adding clen, t3 etc in you will get more help.

having said that getting to 6% bodyfat doesnt require anything except a good diet and a little cardio. if you wanna be skinny ripped you dont need steroids, if you wanna be a bodybuilder (jacked and ripped) yeah you probably do need steroids
 
I know plenty of folks that have been on for 15+ years with little to no problems. If you want to be skinny and look like a bitch, yeah, just starve the fuck out of yourself. If you want serious size . . . well

I just disagree with the aesthetic generation of today in general. Aesthetics in the golden era was just all about proportion, symmetry and just being s true work of art. Today idiots in the fitness industry like Jeff Seid and Zyzz have redefined it as a life style were you abuse narcotics and alcohol and walk around topless at party's and festivals and just among yourself look like an idiot. And these fan boys jump all over it and it's just a never ending cycle of 140lb guys walking around in their stringers and biker shorts staying in a deficit yar round in fear they will lose their mid section. As for them doing steroid to achieve the body of a fitness model is also ridiculous, if you can't naturally be 160lb under 10% bodyfat then you won't be it on steroids, period.

Amen. Today's fitness just fuckin blows. I hear guys 40 years old 210 %30 bodyfat talking about physique classes like oh give me 2 years. People are just so desperate nowadays because fitness and bodybuilding has grown but because of social media and everybody posting ab shots and camera happy everybody else feels insecure and will Cheat and take a shortcut to catch up. It's fuckin stupid. I'm questin for 230 %6 @ 5-9 and show all these bitches up.

Fitness industry is fucked right about now and might I add the bullshit amount of personal trainers giving false info to clients and there own knowledge

I asked a girl a close friend how training was and how her comp prep was
Her reply in exact words
" training is good, my knee is a bit sore so I stopped prep I'm training fr stereo now" !!'

The late great Bruce Lee. In today's world, Jeff Seid is using any enhancement or AAS that won't get easily detected by urine sample. or he stops long enough for the chemicals to leave his body which is usually a month, for me. He shouldn't have to lie.

I was a skinny ass six footer at 165lb. I join the Marines or face jail for possible assault. There was nothing to do except play paddle ball,etc in the rec room or get drunk in town then thrown in jail! LOL So I went to the makeshift gym. There I stayed for two years, bringing my weight to 215lb. Yet, I humbly regret that I didn't do any leg exercises which would have put my weight close to 240lb natural. My family has been blessed with the "BIG GENES" as well as the "FAT GENES" So I can go either way. My father was a skinny man and my mother is Indian and Caucasian. What I'm trying to write in my scant expose' is that anyone can reach their genetic potential at 230 plus pounds! I'm at 200lb at this time. I guess I neglected the legs because I don't like wearing short pants. Still hate them! Anyway, I'm going to hit the legs with compound sets very slowly to break those muscles in. I should be able to get to 250lb. naturally!!!
This is no bullshit fellas!! I'm sick of seeing guys with big upper body development with skinny ass calves and thighs no bigger than my UN-exercised quadriceps and hamstring muscles.
I'm going AU NATURAL!!! For two years. That should net me 30-60lb on my legs.

Franco columbo was 200. He was not natural. He had 20" arms and won Olympia. 250 natural? Yeah you can be 300 natural. But at what BF percentage. Hahahah GL
 
So I really disagree the hating on the "aesthetic generation" . Who do you want to look like, Phil "The Gut" Heath or like a Greek god like Frank Zane? Look at the IFBB Physique competitors like Sadik Hadzovik, Jason Poston, Steve Cook. That is the ideal physique IMO. I want to look like Sadik, not Kai Greene. Although I follow BB and obviously admire/respect the accomplishments of the mass monsters, Physique division is a return to the "Golden Age" of classic bodybuilding and is here to stay.

I just entered into my first NPC competition, there were 2.5x more physique competitors than bodybuilding. The BBers looked bad. Most were short and had gyno. Sorry guys, aesthetics and physique division is the future!

Lastly, I disagree that you can be natty and completely aesthetic. With good genetics and proper diet/training you can get a nice physique, but to have full muscle size and to be absolutely shredded (visible lats-to-serratus-to-cut abs) requires moving past the genetic limit with steroids. It's that simple IMO.

fraco was 5 3..... at a normal hieght 5 10-6. i think a maxes natty could achieve between 200-220lbs stage weight

yeah you can be fully shredded naturally, you need diet not drugs to be shredded.
