Ahh, good ideers!

I can do the bicycle crunches @ home too... hanging, i'll give a shot in the gym.... maybe strap some ankle weights on, or try to hold a dumbell with my feet together? :evil:

doing reg knee raises got to easy so i started holding it for a 3 count at the top...and bretahing out as hard as i could...and then letting it back down.....i can only do like 12 of these...really tough!

i've tried ankle weights and dumbells btwn the legs...... i feel it more in my quads then anything....but try it out...you may like it

I'm going to have to mess around with a wide variety of exercises and see which one's I like best.

Those rope crunches kicked my ass though, I like them for sure.
 
yeah...they are great too!! once i'm at where i wanna be as far as bf% is concerned those will be my main ab exercise...they get me super hard!

I HATE doing them, but core work must be done now that I have been enlightened... to prevent injury, and helps posture... too many positives not to do it year round, but must be changed up just like any other muscle group.
 
Bicycles with Upper Body Motion super'd with Scissor Kicks, start at 30 seconds each, 30 seconds rest, repeat for 5 sets ... you WILL feel these...

Hanging Pikes obviously

Ab Vacuums ... GREAT to help tighten the low back low abdominal pooch .. (You've seen my stomach, and spot reducing smot reducing .. they WORK )

I knew Ghede has killer suggestions that

Stability ball crunches .. I do these FULL extension …

I do believe in weighted work as long as your form is perfect, you are NOT pulling with your hip flexors / legs, etc … abs only .. dig your hands into your lower abs to FEEL them working if you must … abs are only boring until you start to see them working & see the six pack .. them you fall in love with them & get all types of creative (enter Ghede…) …
