Wladimir Klitschko vs Tony Thompson This Saturday On HBO

Wladimir Klitschko (50-3, 44 KOs), from Kiev, Ukraine, continues his pursuit to the top of the heavyweight division. He scored a unanimous decision victory over Sultan Ibragimov last February to unify two of the world titles in the heavyweight ranks, and now returns to the friendly confines of Germany to face mandatory challenger Tony Thompson.

Washington, D.C., native Thompson (31-1, 19 KOs) is a skilled southpaw who earned his top-rated challenger status with a 26-fight unbeaten streak, and now looks to score one of the biggest upsets in the division in years. Thompson is considered by most boxing professionals as the US's last chance to obtain a championship belt in the Heavy Weight division.

Good money to be made on Tony. I lost my ass going with the favorite for Jackson Vs Griffen. I am pulling for the underdog on this one.

I am a big Klitschko fan and IMO he is by far the best HW in the world right now.

On another note, he got KOed by Sanders who was a southpaw (just like Thompson) and Thompson does have some size and a decent reach on him. I still think Klitschko will dominate this fight but Thompson has a punchers chance.

I got these odds from bodoglife.com

The odds I bet on sportsbook.com had a much better breakdown, i.e. 5/7 if Klitchko wins my KO, TKO, etc. I think next time I will do that.

30/1 odds if it is a draw lol

fight starts in 15 minutes. It will be over in 15 minutes too lol
