Flexy, I thought we were making this a 12 week challenge. I changed my goals to reflect that.

Anyways, I am up to 196, which is a 5 pound increase. So I'm on track, since I'm exactly halfway to my goal after 3 weeks.

I am following the HST workout, so I'm also training each bodypart three times a week (plus a bit extra on Sunday when I do core, forearm, and grip training). No special diet, just training to eat a lot of food. I do avoid junk food and sugary stuff for the most part so I'm not gaining too much fat (I hope).

Try stretching as hard as possible at the very top of your wide grip lat pulldowns, and then doing a lat spread immediately after the set. Eventually it will come naturally, and you'll be able to fan out without giving it a second though.
