Heat seeks NBA title in Dallas
The Miami Heat can win its first-ever NBA championship with a win tonight in Dallas at American Airlines Center.

Miami edged the Mavs 101-100 in Game 5 to take a 3-2 series lead in the NBA Finals. Dallas had won the first two games of the series, before Miami stormed back to win the next three games.

Oddsmakers like the Mavericks in this one, opening the line at 5 in favor of Dallas. They are 60-22 this season, while the Heat are 52-30.

The Heat entered Game 5 as 2.5-point favorites and failed to cover the spread while winning by a single point. The 201 points sent that game over the total of 187.5.
