5x5 program question

Lol ya im fully retarded... anyways think how jacked you would get doing this, and honestly after doing it for a bit it would be like cardio. Especially part 2&3 omg over 200 lifts damn! And i know my mentality in the gym, sometimes i just get so stoked dont take any breaks and a couple times ive puked lol
But i definately need to up my strength, hmmm, if i do it ill make a log
 
Should one tyring to lose a lot of bf do 5's I am trying to drop about 40lbs and right now I've been doing 3 sets per exercise with 8 reps. I can gain muscle mass and def in arms and shoulders but it's very hard to lose it around obliques and stomach.
