5th cycle advice

I eat clean 6 days a week cheat day Sunday.
Train hard 6 days a week.
190lbs lean, 6'1"
Probably gonna move to a mid week whole cheat day plus Sunday cheat day.
Currently eating around 4k clean calories daily.
Id like to put on 20+ lbs but I'm hoping for more honestly, I have a crazy metabolism so might just try and eat clean everyday and add 2k in dirty food every other day or something.

Weeks 1-12
400mg test (Monday)
300mg EQ (Monday)
.5ml tren a (Monday)
400mg test (Thursday)
300mg EQ (Thursday)
.5ml tren a (Thursday)
1mg Arimidex everyday throughout

Weeks 1-4
50mg anadrol morning / 50mg anadrol night


PCT
Clomid 50/50/50/50/50/25
Post cycle / unleashed combo until bottle is finished
Forma-stanzol 5 pumps morning / 5 pumps night
Battle fuel as bottle suggests until finished


Any suggestions?
Should I take letrozole instead of arimidex?
 
Why would you add the "dirty" foods? That will most likely increase the likelihood of bloat and stuff. And will make it harder to keep the most amount of gains coming off. Just add to your "clean" foods.

Also, you may want to start with less adex. That way you don't crash the estrogen.
Hopefully some others will chime in as my knowledge is from research and not experience.

Also is this your first cycle?
 
I like to keep my additives few and simply when trying to gain muscle weight. Also, the routine and diet. That way I can plot on charts my improvements. I found over the years that complexity added to confusion and no real gains.

I use test c, e, or p. Two injections of 125 per week.
1 iu of HGH every other day.
And 0.5 mg of a-dex twice a week.

I add 1 extra protein meal before bed.
And 90 mins of extra sleep.

Should progress go a little slow, i'll pop a dbol with each meal.

I have a blood test before, mid way and at the end for choles and BP. I"ll cut back if BP gets out of hand.

Two exercises per body part 3x4-6; push, legs & abs, and pull.

All this packs 20-30 lbs on at 6 ft tall to 225-235. I'm at 195 now doing about 1/4 of this approach ... just staying in shape. I can kick it up to full blast when I want.

I'm 72 this year and still get results.

Thanks for the post and info but I was looking for more of an idea if my cycle doses are ok...

It hard to eat past the 5 meals a day with work and such... I can eat 5 easy, but it's adding more that's hard.
And 5 meals at 4k clean calories isn't enough for me to gain off cycle, when I'm on cycle I need even more

Too much test bro (800mg per week) and anadrols (100mg per day split into 50/50). Abombs are liver toxic and the sides are harsh.. You are asking for trouble and you know it since you are confused whether to use letro or arimidex..

Letro was too harsh for me too much dryness and joint pain couldnt handle it. Never a problem with arimidex. I do .5 a day or 1mg eod. Works fine.

Why not drop test to 300mg per week and stay on the anadrol to blast (if thats what you're doing first 4 weeks) then get off the anadrol and continue your cycle..

Also if you feel your joints getting dry drop the arimidex to .5 per day or 1mg eod..

I'm only taking 50/50 because the half-life is 9 hours so if it take it in the morning then 9 hours later I'll always have it in my system consistently.

I totally understand..

You can avoid sides by going 20/20 or 30/30 still too high and your injectable test is too high as well..

Do more reading bro so you dont harm yourself.

I'll drop the test, and take 25/25 of the anadrol.. I know TREN is highly toxic also, and along with anadrol you're absolutely right I do not want my kidneys and liver to give out.
