why me, :bawling: .realy though bro.I have bin so fucked up latly.every little thing is setting me off.I am at the end of a cycle right now and it was all grate but now i am talking some nolva and shit for pct and I am all fucked up.one minet i want to cry and the next i want to kill some one.never hade this happen before.

In....405 for 3 reps on bench...squat @ 6-8 now....
can only bench 365 now, due to injuries.

my next cycle will be 1000mg andropin
500mg deca

I got asslodes of primo i could use for a brige if i wanted or i could just do my pct then do a cut then pct then a bulk some time in the fall.
o the choces.what to do what to do.

That would be sweet, but I'm talkin' more like $2000 max purchase price. But at least I'd be on two wheels this summer.

i keep my wieght low on the bench now. i usually do 230 3x10
 
6 on squat and deads, but bench only 4. That was 3 years ago when I gave a shit about being big... more into MMA and fitness now.. Probably not a 6 plater on deads and squats.
 
I do 5 plates for 5 reps on deads and squats. can almost get 4 for one on bench. 4 on deads and squats i'll throw around for at least 10-12.

Back at my biggest in 1996 I was 265 @ 5'10 and around 15% BF I was doing a 5x5 W 605 for squats and doing five sets of singles with 700 lbs on teh dead. I can still squat and deadlift over 600 for singles but I'm around 235-240 and 10%-12% BF. Here are some pics;
