4-AD in pinnacle supps work?

I was looking at Pinnacle andro which contains 4-AD (4-androstene-3,17 diol. I read from a post that this diol has a pretty high conversion rate. But I also read that when taken sublingually, like you would with this supp, its not that great. How reliable are the prohormones in this Andro? I was curious because Pinnacle is a pretty reputable company.
