4-16 box squatting

box: bar x5, 135x3, 185x1, 225x1, 275x1, 315x1, 365x1,
405x0, 365x1, 405x1, 435x1
reverse hypers: mini band x 8 x 3 sets
GHR: bw x 10 x 3 sets
spread eagle situps: 45lb plate + bw x 12 x 2 sets

i thought i was doing high box squats, but it's actually to parallel. so my other box squats were a couple inches below.

major PR for me today, considering my regular full squat is only 305 at the moment. *did i somehow 'cheat' when squatting on the box considering how much lower my full squat PR is than this?
 
to be honest, it got rather tight tonight. did some more reverse hypers and stretching a while after. that helped. also sitting on this chair with better posture and all is well.
 
the tightness is probably at least somewhat from my miss at 405 where i ended up dumping the bar forward while sitting on the box. i've done a few DE squat sessions with just as much volume and didn't have much in terms of problems/pain
 
bump..does anybody else have a higher # box squat compared to their full squat?
