3rd cycle tren hex/test e/t3/clen please advise

first time posting
i think ive been reading enough(at least 50 hours)
here is the stats
weight 185
height 5'8
bf 20-23

first cycle win only
second cycle win/pri
(i know maybe those cycles were not the best idea)
gained some quality muscle and fat went down to 15%
been off juice and WO for 9 months bf went up still. keeping some muscle gains.
started training a month ago
lift 4-5 X a week

goals:
reduce bf to 12-15
gain some lean muscle

gear on hand
test hex(parabolan) 100 mg/ml
test e 250 mg/ml
clen
t3
letrozol
hcg
nolva

here is the plan
test e 250mg 2x ew w 1-8
tren h 100mg 2x ew w 1-9
hcg 500 iu to keep balls playin
letro 1/4 tab every 4 days for test bloat
herbal kidney and liver support
Neurobion injection (Vitamin B1, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12)1x ew
t3/clen cycle starting at 25/50 raise to 100/125 tapering down t3 week 2-8
clen 1 week on/off
PCT planned as with anti progesterone on cycle(if needed)
Diet(carb cycling)
cardio(4x week 45 min after WO)


can i reach my goal using this cycle
(i know i probably can reach the goal using only diet/training
i dont have time for that)

please advise on dosage ,timing,diet and cardio

Your stats are telling me that you are not in the best shape to start any cycle. You say you don't have time for diet and training, so you want to take steroids. Well, I'm sorry to say, my friend, that that is a dangerous attitude.

You need to learn to properly diet and train. It you think that taking gear is going to get you from 23% bodyfat to 12%, you're very mistaken.

Hit the cardio, diet properly (I recommend reading Radar's post on diet.), and train. If you can get to 12% without the juice, we can talk about more advices.
 
but i already started pinning .really guys ? ive been lifting for 3 years i know about traning and diet and been on 15% without juice had to join the f***** army and gainde bf
and by saying i dont have time i dont mean no time for training/diet i meant want to make it in 10 weeks time .who said i can go to 12% by only taking juice ? really im not that stupid.
 
if you take 9 months off it takes longer than 1 month to get the muscles conditioned.. you will actually be conditioning them on cycle, that is a major waste of juice.

a good rule of thumb I learned from vets years ago is that if you take 9 months off it will take half as long to get back your conditioning.. so in your case give it 4.5 months and you will get back your conditioning. even taking 2 weeks off can cripple conditioning for an advanced lifter. when i talk about conditioning i also am talking about lung function, heart rate, etc.. not just muscle conditioning

^^^ why not do things the right way and just get back in shape for the next 4 months then you can go on cycle? instead of spending your whole cycle getting back in shape?

you ask for advice and i am gonna tell you my opinion on how to do things the right way. you act like you NEED juice to get in shape and are incapable of getting in shape without it.

this thing you are doing deciding to workout while on cycle then quitting after is kinda lame .. bodybuilding is a lifestyle IMHO, gotta stick with it.

You're getting help but not listening. Stop and do what we're telling you or stop posting and let this thread disappear into the world of other guys who do whatever they want and forget it.

So joining the army is your excuse for letting yourself go?? These are very knowledgable folks giving you advice .. So listen up, if you want to really burn up some fat I suggest you try some HIIT mixed with the weight room. Something that has worked very well for me making it easy to drop to the single digit bf. if you can't get to 12ish percent natty, then you are doing something wrong.

lets say if im on the test only cycle stacked with t3/clen
how should i plan the hiit/weightlift/normal cardio/diet?
 
when you come off T3 and clen you will gain back all your weight

they are temporary solutions. diet and lifestyle determines long term weight loss.

i will gain it all back even if im on lower than maintenance calories?
how so?

I would say be cautious doing HIIT while on Clen t3... It can be a dangerous combination of extra stress on the heart... I do HIIT 3 times a week for 10-20 minutes per session, and I am below 10% year round . If you take Clen and t3 I would suggest keeping your cardio to more
Of a slow steady pace and keep the heart rate in Check... I know even on the ECA stack I ran some stairs once and thought my chest wAs going to explode... So be careful mate. You should be able to drop to 15% and less natural without the use of AAS. BUT.., If you are going to use anyway , just be safe and sound , and keep watch on your sides and don't make it more complicated than it needs to be. -Mike

the whole calorie thing is a pile of bullshit. i don't teach people to count calories, i don't believe in it, i don't do it. leave that to the chicks who go to weight watchers. but steve why do you say that my personal trainer gave me a sheet to keep track of my calories so you are WRONG!! no i'm not wrong.. all our bodies are different, we have different thyroids. its like coming off a steroid cycle and thinking you will keep setting PR's if you keep working out hard, oh if it only was that easy!

you don't know how many calories you are burning first off on a daily basis, its impossible to know an exact number. secondly your thyroid when you come off T3 will not be functioning the way it should. clen has fat burning properties, where you will be sitting and getting jittery.. you lose that when you come off clen.

why do you think a lot of obese people run low calorie diets and go nowhere cause they have messed up thyroids. or you have fat people at the gym everyday on the elliptical for 50 minutes straight not lose a damn thing.. but steve they are burning calories!! the machine says they burned 1000 calories so it must be true!!! NOPE its not. of course if they go to mcdonalds after their workout it doesn't help either, but going home and cooking up stir fry with biscuits isn't good either. i know people who will be sitting in a chair and dose off to sleep, they have such slow metabolisms that they dose off just from sitting. and they wonder why they can't lose weight.

and there is no way to know how many calories you burn cause everyone's thyroids behave differently. when you come of T3 your metabolism will slow down.. so yes it is very likely you could gain back everything and then some. been there, done that myself.

so unless you want temporary benefits.. like you are gonna take pics or be in a show i really don't see the point in running those compounds especially for a newb in your situation... JMHO

bottom line is DIET DIET DIET DIET, real cardio. in that order. simply changing your diet will speed up your metabolism and sticking to that lifestyle can make it permanent.

GREEN VEGGIES + lots of aqua = faster metabolism .. something most americans get 1 serving of every few days. and no corn doesn't count as a green veggie. try eating 6 servings of green veggies and 1+ gallon of water a day for the next week while avoiding all junk food/sugars/bad fats.. and then come back here and tell me i am wrong.

i really hope what i'm saying is making sense to you.
 
So earlier you said you dont have time to get your body in shape before cycling. My question is why dont you have time? Did you get a critical diagnosis from your doc? If you are not planning on dying soon and you choose to live this lifestyle, then you need to do it right. Its been said before and I will say it again this is a marathon not a sprint. From you stats, your lean muscle is insufficient for steroid use. You only have about 130-140 lbs of muscle. I would take a couple years and gain some muscle. If you gain 12-15lbs of mucle a year, in 3 years you will be ready to juice. That will put you close to 180 lbs of mucle. This will give you time to drop the fat as well. Using all these different drugs isnt the answer. I know this isnt what you wanna hear but its true. The reality is if you cant stay below 20% body fat on your own, then you wont be successful on juice. Your issues are with your training and diet. This is what you need to fix.

WTF dude you come here asking for help and you don't like the answer u are getting so you throw a little bitch fit. Stop being lazy and put some work into first you could drop 20 pounds quick and easy with out juice and be set for the summer.

during the 9 months ive been off my diet was like %50"oil" 40%bread+rice 10%chicken . we fed on oil and bread for breakfast then they would take us for 2 hours exercise sessions i lost more than imaginable and i hate my body now ive been under20% without juice or even cardio only on diet.i dont want to loose what little muscle is left that zillion oil and bread calorie brought me a lot of fat but at least i kept a bit of my muscle now it really hurts to loose what little is left under that fat.
just trying to get back in shape so i can have motivation to keep on training im living a hard life nowadays.
and about the dying thing you mentioned earlier .i guess there's going to be a war between our governments and im a soldier now(joining is not optional here) i would like to die fit.

dude im not living in america. summer is arriving in a month here
on what kind of diet can i loose 20 pounds and not"die" in a month let alone keeping muscle and im not sure if the army will let me stay on my home city for how long so i can keep on training at a gym and eat clean
