I am trying to change my workout - are 3 to 4 exercises enough for each body part - and would 6 sets of 10-12 reps be sufficient to increase muscle mass? ALso, pyramid the weights for each sets. Right now I do around 5 to 6 exercises, 3 sets of 10-12 reps but I feel like I am not getting any where in my workouts.
