I've been lurking for a while now (under various names) and I have to say this IS the best women's board around. I've learned so much here, and everytime I feel like I'm losing my motivation, I'll log on and get inspired again.
Because of this board, I've gotten off the smith machine and learned how to do real squats...and RDLs, SLDLs, good mornings. I'm currently working on "real" deadlifts. Point is...these aren't things I would have attempted on my own...well, at least not without maiming myself somehow LOL.
