worked up to my first two planned attempts 455x1 , flew up easy, and 510x1 locked it out, but not as easy as id of liked. this was a new shirt(of my own this time
) its a Karins Double denim. i learned today that karins shirts hook up a little sooner then inzer shirts. i think this is good and bad. 1 i know it hooks up good, but i have to really pull the bar down harder to get some more pop off the chest, i think this is why 510 wasnt as easy as it should have been. in a few weeks i will take another day and practice some more with it.
after that i did some light triceps and upper back.
