3 1/2 weeks out, need advice

I am about 3 1/2 weeks out from my second show. Both times, I have basically just done a high protein, moderate carb, low fat diet with tons of cardio. With new job, have not had as much time to do as much cardio as I want to do. I want some advice on whether I should try some carb cycling these last few weeks, and if so, what would the amount be on a "high-carb" day? any advice would be much appreciated, thx
 
I did this the last 3 weeks:
Monday 150
Tuesday 50
Wednesday 100
Thursday 50
Friday 100
Saturday 150
Sunday 50

I'm pretty sure that's how I rolled. It worked great for me.
 
I just started doing it yesterday. I had 67 grams of carbs. Going to do the same thing today and then eat about 150 on Saturday and repeat. I could see a difference this morning during posing. I will carb load starting on the Wednesday before the show(200-250 per day) This sound like a good plan? Your advice is great, thx a lot
 
i dont agree with either idea...deplete your body and then load, dont load and then load more, your going to spill over man...i'm telling you
 
How low do you think I should go? below 50grams is pretty damn difficult. And 600-800grams for loading phase? I guess I should have told you this is a natural show and I am not a big guy--5'8" 169. Open to any advice though
 
I guess I should clarify my previous post. The week before the show I depleted Monday through Wednesday, I had 50g's of carbs on Thursday, then I had 150g's of carbs on Friday. I didn't do a real fierce carb up. In retrospect, I will load a little more aggressively next time. I was 215 at the early weigh ins Friday night.

well yes that definately changes alot, dont go 600-800gs of carbs cut it in half, still deplete a week before you carb up

You went 0 carbs for 2 weeks? I only depleted for 3 days.
 
yeah, 3 weeks sound like a damn long time. But I guess whatever works for you. I ate right at about 40 grams today, not feeling to bad but looking forward to monday's big bowl of oatmeal. This is my first time posting. This shit is kind of cool

I guess it's all about finding what works for you. I think if I depleted for 2 weeks I would lose measureable muscle. Even after only depleting for 3 days, I still felt flat.
 
On 3 weeks out I did like this L L L M L L H
Low: 80grs carbs
Medium: 150grs carbs
High: 300grs carbs
Work very well for me
1 week out I carb depleted
 
i carb deplete usually 10 days out but now i have to make weight so i just go 125 grmas everday up till thursday befor ethe show i am running on fumes but my muscle is not disappearing at all but i am also hypoglycemic or is it hyper ugh th eopposit eof diabetic grrrr
