I am about 3 1/2 weeks out from my second show. Both times, I have basically just done a high protein, moderate carb, low fat diet with tons of cardio. With new job, have not had as much time to do as much cardio as I want to do. I want some advice on whether I should try some carb cycling these last few weeks, and if so, what would the amount be on a "high-carb" day? any advice would be much appreciated, thx
