that state along with my own home,alabama is amongst the leaque leaders as state punching bags
so that was a simple selection when I factored in the "farm boy" look of at least half of the males
and the general opinion of the populace that arkansas is a "rural" state
which it is
to many of you as I anticipated you viewed this photo as taken during a social "higher education" event
so "arkansas A&T" IDs my similar assessment
as that's a usual designation for a state's agricultural center of higher learning
except in alabama in which "alabama A&T" is now known as "auburn"
I'm going to skip the "T" definition except there was a little funny in the reversement of "T&A" one generally associates with social events
