OK, long story short, went to boarding school and from 14-18 ran about 3000 miles with no supervision and shit diet. Graduated at 6'2 140 pounds with 6-7 percent BF, and realized I wanted to change my life and start lifting. Went to college and for a total of about 2 years, lifted weights dedicated with OK nutrition about 2k cals/ a day. It was pretty shitty, but now I am like 165 pounds at 8-9 percent BF. Gained like 20 pounds of muscle. Now I'm out of college and sitting on some cash, so I wanted to do my first cycle of Test-e/DBol/Deca:
W 1-4 DBol 40mg ED
W 1-12 Test e 350 mg 2x/w
W 1-12 Deca 350 mg
W 1-12 Adex 0.25mg EOD
W 3-10 HCG 250iu 3x/w
and for PCT:
W 13 Nolva 20mg 2x/d
W 14-16 Nolva 20mg/d
Just curious if the proportions were right, if bodyweight influences dosage, and if Nolva is better than Clomid for PCT. Also thoughts on Cals per day would be helpful.
Not trying do be like Arnold here, just aiming to put on 30 pounds of muscle and be a lean ~200 pounds, nothing too big.
