22 year old ex long distance runner looking for first cycle advice

OK, long story short, went to boarding school and from 14-18 ran about 3000 miles with no supervision and shit diet. Graduated at 6'2 140 pounds with 6-7 percent BF, and realized I wanted to change my life and start lifting. Went to college and for a total of about 2 years, lifted weights dedicated with OK nutrition about 2k cals/ a day. It was pretty shitty, but now I am like 165 pounds at 8-9 percent BF. Gained like 20 pounds of muscle. Now I'm out of college and sitting on some cash, so I wanted to do my first cycle of Test-e/DBol/Deca:

W 1-4 DBol 40mg ED
W 1-12 Test e 350 mg 2x/w
W 1-12 Deca 350 mg
W 1-12 Adex 0.25mg EOD
W 3-10 HCG 250iu 3x/w

and for PCT:

W 13 Nolva 20mg 2x/d
W 14-16 Nolva 20mg/d

Just curious if the proportions were right, if bodyweight influences dosage, and if Nolva is better than Clomid for PCT. Also thoughts on Cals per day would be helpful.

Not trying do be like Arnold here, just aiming to put on 30 pounds of muscle and be a lean ~200 pounds, nothing too big.

You have to eat bro 2k a day is nothing! On your frame you could put on 30lbs by new year naturally if you would just eat and train. But everyone wants a shortcut, including me, American dream right haha. Leave the deca alone for now. I would run bol at 30mgs 2-3 even doses throughout the day for 4-5 weeks and then 250-300 mgs test twice a week for 14-16. With good diet and training you could easily expect 30lbs of mass but don't expect for it to be lean musle after only 4 months, takes time for that my friend and you're just beginning your journey. Also PCT needs work and don't use hcg that long, lots of good pct threads on here.
 
that is to much for a 1st cycle.. deca can cause all types of problems.Drop it

test alone at 22 will make you grow like a week or test/dbol at most..

at 22 you still got alot of room for natural growth left and you need to work on your diet if you want to grow more.if you up your cals and workout out hard you will grow alot still natural
 
You're not going to put on 30 pounds of anything by eating 2000 calories a day. You need to get your diet sorted first because you take any kind of gear.
 
You really need to work on building a good natural base first. You are still very young and undersized. Work on that diet and train hard, and once you have a good base built you may consider AAS further down the road
 
bro, seriously, do yourself a favor and DO NOT run this cycle... i PROMISE you that you will be very sorry... that's way too much for anyone on a first cycle and especially for you with your current size and lack of diet consistency or knowledge on how to eat... coupled with the fact that your so young man... why in the world would you want to mess around with your hormones and test and run something like deca that could do so much damage... it makes no sense... don't be one that has to learn the hard way... there's far better options for you...
 
Definitely agree. I used deca in a cycle in my early 20's (I'm 33 now) and it took me a year to fully recover, even with a good pct. Maybe try something like sarms instead. You can make good quality gains.
