22 too young for dbol?

When I'm in the bench and I have no being left I push past the I have nothing with my partner we go beyond failure !!!! The I can't hit another rep even if u have a loaded gun to my head

ok i cant really post my diet because its not fixed. I use myfitnesspall and scale basically everyday i get 25-30% pro 40-50%carb 30-35% fat and i keep calories clean, unless if i met and ate clean the whole i may treat myself a nice desert that i was craving before sleep. Calorie wise ive been experimenting, did around 4k, wayyyy tooo much fat, averaged around 3.5 still a lot of fat, 3.2 lower but still fat gain, now around 2.8-3 seems to be the sweet spot for minimal fat. Keep in mind i do calorie cycling, as in i set minimal calorie and then adjust based on workout etc.

Some additional important info i liked what i have learned thus fat and yes i will take my time to learn more but i really couldn't dive into all the information cause of my exams and even if i do decide i was gonna start in 2 month not as of yet in school season etc. But i think i am convinced that i should do oral dbol only without test thanks to you guys. And i am starting to think may be i am too young, isn't the average test levels for my age around 700-800? My biggest fear is would test e+dbol cycle permanently decrease it? I wanted to start in 2 months because this is the ONLY time off from school ill get in 6 years for 4 months with parents before going overseas for strict medical school and training to become cardio surgeon, which would mean that there is no way i will be able to concentrate on these things at all for minimum 6 years (i will ofc be working out, but solely concentrating on lifting with AAS would not be possible or feasible), especially with the comfort of high quality meals with parents. and i just want to make the most of it... if you guys can give me any additional tips considering this, it would really appreciated

and please refer me to anything you guys would think would be the best for cycle, injection and tips... as i just noticed i am going to be and been shadowing doctor/doctors cutting people up and doing surgery. i SHOULD be able to NEEDLE myself, because not being able to felt pretty embarrassing and funny to myself after considering all the facts

I will not recommend a cycle to ya cuz I feel ur

1) not old enough
2) have excuses as to why I can research because you're too busy this forum is to help ppl not spoon feed them .. (No attitude intended there )
3) don't think you have all ur ducks in row with training and diet
Because u keep beating around the bush with the question on diet

Just browsed ur post.... I'm driving at the moment but I can tell ya if ur trying to gain weight u should not be counting calories at all

AGREED!! EAT BIG,,TRAIN BIG!!! Also get your natural hormone levels tested.
At 22 yrs old I would imagine they are higher than you may think.
 
thx for ur reply but eating more than enough will not "increase" muscle growth, i already eat enough thus minimize fat gain, and if i am gaining fat even if its minimal, it means its more than enough. And can you support why i should not dbol at 22 with clear evidence cause i would love to be convinced not to, it will save me a lot of money :)

Can you post pics please. If you were really 5.5% bf how could you ever know if increasing food wouldn't build more muscle for you. No one can put any noticeable amount of muscle on if they stay anywhere near 5.5% for extended periods of time. If you count calories and restrict yourself that will always stop you putting on big muscle. Sure stick to a plan but guys concerned with gaining any fat will always struggle to put large amounts of muscle on. I am not saying get fat... far from it... you can remain lean and put on small amounts of quality muscle through time. But 5.5% bf is ridiculously low and I think 95% of people are way off when it comes to bf %. Post pics and we can let you know an approx. bf for you.

Regarding your question you can do what you want. I always say 23 is the min age someone should start using aas. The are always exceptions but 23 is a good age... although only if they have been training many years and have a good plan in place. Why would his advice save you a lot of money... dbol is cheaper than a tub of protein powder. If that is a lot of money to you I would recommend not using it as you should have enough to be able to eat quality food throughout the day.

I just read some of the other posts in this thread. The guys are right. Dbol will feel amazing when you are on it... miracle drug. When you stop it watch all that water disappear as fast as it came. Also if you are going to taper start low and build up over time. Nolva shouldn't be used during your cycle... that is for pct. Exemestane should be used during your cycle.

I would forget about the dbol for now and concentrate on building some muscle whilst staying lean. In the future I would look into a test e cycle for 10-12 weeks with a dbol kick start for 4 weeks.
