Around four years in the gym.
Will be 20 in about a month.
Bodyfat % uncertain, as its a difficult metric to measure accurately but will try and get some form of measurement.
Will attach pics tomorrow after gym so I have a good baseline for cycle beginning and I can ensure consistent lighting for log updates.

As of now cycle currently will be:
500mg of test prop
(Southern Cross Labs)
70mg of tren ace
(Southern Cross Labs)
Pinned EOD.
Will be continued for 12 weeks, whereupon I will reassess based on bloods and then either keep going or return to a crusing dose and drop the tren.
Shorter esters as tren clears quick in case of (bad) psychoactive sides, or outlier physical sides.
Diet:
Currently carbs are high with moderate fat as this is a 'lean' bulking phase.
Meal one. (bfast)
-6 eggs, cooked in beef fat.
-250g white potato (baked no oil)

Meal two.
-500g white rice cooked weight
-250g 90/10 beef mince (cooked no oil just fat from the mince)
-veggies
Meal three.
`-500g white rice (cooked weight)

I also include some fermented foods, honey, seafood and will switch between beef chicken lamb ect.
Going to swap p/w meal for cream of rice + cereal or some form of ceral bars.
Also note that this will be my food intake on training days, as im training 5 days a week it made more sense to include the most prominent meal plan I will be using as it is the large majority.
I drink some milk on training days, as I find that works better for me than a normal intra.
Will see how I go with this food intake, could drop meal 1 if needed. But I like getting the eggs in from a nutrient standpoint.

Push/Legs/Pull/Rest/Anterior/Posterior (thx muddy)
3 sets on most exercises, 8-12, 12-15 rep ranges, intensity as high as possible.
Will post training days with full exercise selection when I log on those training days.
Goals:
Make some good size and strength gains and maybe a little bit of recomp if the AAS magic happens for me. Really push myself in the gym and even at home, to do everything in my power to grow.

I understand that I am young, and that it may be a notion in the minds of people on this forum that I shouldnt be using AAS or am 'unaware' of the side effects and mechanistic actions of the drugs im taking. I assure you I have made up my mind, and I am going to continue upon this course no matter what, and I intend to do so in the safest way possible.
