Love but hate Deload weeks.

Typically for me I run them leading up to bloodwork or when my program gets changed.

The main reason I do it on the second option is because chances are you have added different exersises or possibly changed the order around so there is a small amount of adaptation required for the body 💪💪

Bp is fine, we base it off weekly day to day seems sweet overall.
just have to incorporate some cardio and it'll drop even lower, Telmisartan is last resort if need be, not a huge fan rather just do cardio and allow the body to organically do its thing

and more stability in bench as well, first time being programmed this and it really really picks bench apart lol...

I haven't ran hex before mate, it'll be my first time. Ive ran tren ace before and liked it but was a little bit of a mental battle no doubt. Moving towards hex for this reason supposedly same ace gains with less sides really keen to experiment and see how it respond.

It's the fluid retention from gear that is the main driver for our Bp.

your B.P will be more likely to be within a normal range without having to cut any sodium.
Yes taking Aas increases the uptake of sodium but in an environment in the body where excessive fluid retention is being addressed the extra sodium equation is usually negligible towards raising BP at all & is beneficial for the extra work output by the muscles & the muscle growth from Aas.
I've seen a huge! movement amongst the Bodybuilders for a push towards more sodium its all over the joint now, pink salt, heart salt they are adding sodium to their diets not taking it out.
Sodium is an essential transport nutrient & is important for a good pump, proper muscle function, hydration & many many other beneficial things.
Even our verified Coaches, well the ones that I've spoken to anyway are pushing towards more sodium with their clients.
I've experienced this personally with Coaches & have seen it being implemented in countless other times now.
