Back into the swing of things, 2026 starts now same old striving to be strong. lets get it!

First injection done today of Spartan Sus250 Protocol started today 23/03/2026 with 400mg/wkly. My injection frequency will be twice a week
Moving forward on the 30/03/2026 Deca,Eq will be deployed at 100mg of each and as the weeks progress EQ goes up followed by deca, fun times ahead!

starting to experiment with some hook grip while things are nice and light, have been having some issues with my right bicep/brachialis area which is my under hand when i deadlift, so going to see if hook gripping the bar eliminates this issue.

Love but hate Deload weeks.

Typically for me I run them leading up to bloodwork or when my program gets changed.

The main reason I do it on the second option is because chances are you have added different exersises or possibly changed the order around so there is a small amount of adaptation required for the body 💪💪

Bp is fine, we base it off weekly day to day seems sweet overall.
just have to incorporate some cardio and it'll drop even lower, Telmisartan is last resort if need be, not a huge fan rather just do cardio and allow the body to organically do its thing

So each day will have slight variations in blood pressure BG is fairly stable for me all sub 6s/ mid 5s

-Reason for starting with dumbell press is to pre fatigue pecs prior to benching, to get more hypertrophy adaptation prior to benching
and more stability in bench as well, first time being programmed this and it really really picks bench apart lol...
