Welcome to my Log! This log will be updated regularly to show the progress I am making in my offseason cycle I will be posting all progress on here. I use an App Called “Hevy” to track workouts if you haven’t used it I recommend it fantastic to track and easy to use.

All Gear is from @ez2plz top bloke and top gear.

Current Marcos: 220P 400C 100F Cals around 3200-3500

Steps : 10,000-12,000

Training Split: 2 days on 1 day off Push/Quads, Pull Hamstrings, Off, Shoulders/Arms, Legs, Off.

Tempo/Mechanical Tension style training in the 6-12 rep range for majority of body parts.

I’ve been training for 10 years Natural this is my first proper growth phase cycle! I feel that I have a good base and looking forward to seriously challenging myself and changing my physique.


Current Cycle:
Test E 400mg Per Week
Mast E 250mg Per Week
Next 6 weeks adding in
Primo 200mg per week
EQ 200mg per week

The first 6 weeks look good. But adding primo and eq in week 6 at that testosterone dose , you may crash your estrogen.

primo is definitely a strong ai and eq competes with test, so the test does not aromatize to estrogen like it should to maintain in range estrogen levels.

Instead of adding eq, just up the testosterone dose to 500mg.

Mast E 250mg Per Week
Next 6 weeks
Primo 200mg per week
test e 500mg per week
Masteron 250mg per wk

You could add anavar to kick start the cycle.

Have you researched Proviron.
Proviron has a high affinity for SHBG (sex hormone-binding globulin), which frees up more testosterone and makes the peds more effective

Though not a true aromatase inhibitor, it can reduce estrogenic side effects by blocking estrogen at the receptor level.

Push/Quads in the books Sunday sesh always a good time here is the training and a post workout meal of Gnocchi and Chicken! Plus a protein shake and some collagen to follow!

one of the cool things about this setup is the mix of test and dht derivatives. you are using 2 of each. that is smart as they will ying and yang each other
