2006-08 VW Jetta: who has one/knows someone who has one?

repair & mainenance bills are ridiculous for VWs, they treat everyone like your driving an AUDI, never buy one again

the interior was the first thing i admired about the jetta...very rich looking but restrained, classy in a quiet refined way...reminds me of the audi interiors that i cannot afford, dammit.

as for price....bmw doesn't have anything close to the price of a jetta.

STILL concerned about quality control and reliability 2 years down the road.... :worried:

USED! Cars are a bad investment to buy new anyways

was considering a "certified" 2007 or 2006 model...brand new is beyond my suck ass federal civil service budget, unless i bite for 7 year financing.... arrrgh... :worried:

price range if you wouldnt mind me asking?

ive had my jetta 06 for almost 3 years its pretty good, i mean i drive that thing like a nut and it runs pretty good still, i had my friend go over a curb at like 40 miles a hour and now it squeeks going over speed bumps but thats not the cars fault, and i usually go 15mph over a 7mph speed bumps anyway, i have it all the way upgraded to the max when it first came out and i only pay 230 a month lease msrp $26,700, with like 1500 down. the thing is i like fast cars and i feel like this car is to girly for me but no big issues yet, good value for the money. and to tell if its german or mexican i think it tells you when you open the front door it will tell you on bottom where it tells you how much psi your tires need

why would you want to know? are you a BMW salesperson??

haha no, def not a salesman

i like having a nice big salary :)

just trying to steer you into a better car, dependent on price range
