hello, i was working out leg press. 9 plates each side and i felt like my testicles went up then down. weird feeling.
2 days later i have severe testicular pain. i then went to the urologist and he found a small inflammation of the epidedymis and prescribed antibiotics, anti-inflamatory and no workout for 14 days.

i am concerned about loosing muscle in those 14 days. what should i do so that i don't loose muscle? or what should i take?

Whoa Whoa Whoa. I think the one thing you can take away from this is not to use the leg press haha. In all honesty though losing muscle is inevitable if you cant workout, I mean theres clearly no getting around it. All I can say is maintain a caloric surplus and your body will not feel it needs to burn muscle.
