WHat was your total coloric intake, and what were the percentages of each macronutrient??

my diet.....

i didnt really count calories or percentages of macronutrients too much....honestly....i really didnt diet strictly at all. i ate clean...i mean...no candy, colas, chips, pastries, etc.....but if i HAD to make a guess....prob. something around 40/40/20. i think my caloric intake was around 1800 cal/day roughly....like i said...i didnt really watch too closely. thanks!!!
