What do you guys think about MyoMax? It's a little pricey but seems like it has some good qualities about it. Here is the site for those interested or not familiar with the product:

I actually found it for $39 on another site.

My second question is about what to eat before my workout. Keep in mind that I workout @ 5:30 in the morning so I don't have much time beforehand. I have a good post-workout shake afterwards, but not certain what to have before my workout. I was thinking maybe something like Nitrotech, but I wanted to get some input from you guys. Thanks!!

Scitech i know is expensive protein to begin with. I was making my own similar protein shake before bed. Check out my post on Protein Shake Critique... it's probobly a lot cheaper if you add the stuff yourself.
 
I tried to do a search on your thread, but there seems to be something wrong with the database. Could you post something similar?
 
I have been splitting my post workout shake into pre/during-workout and post-workout shakes. This comes in esspecially handy when I have to work out in the early am before I can eat (You can see a thread where they have links to the articles and abstract which has shown this method effective). You might wanna try this method (the shake should be whey hydro, bcaa, and malto/dextro mix). Good luck give it a try.
