hey guys. started a thread about this a few weeks ago but i maybe asked the questions in the wrong way or something cause i didnt get any good answer. so ill try again.

1. i allow myself to one day a week eat chips and stuff like that....i just gotta have it. cant resist it.
the day after i always go up early, do some cardio, sometimes 2 hours straight, just to get rid of those calories i ate the night before. the question is...will that day effect my mucslemass in a negative way, even if follow my regular offseasondiet after the cardio?

2. if i eat 500 cals, then go and burn of 500 cals, will that be 500-+?
im asking this beacause ive heard different.

thanks everybody

Two hours of cardio in one go will suppress your immune system.

Think about people that do run/do cardio for two hours, long distance and marathon runners.............how much muscle to they have?

Having a cheat meal once a week is fine.

That combo of starchy carbs in heated oil is not one of the best ones going, but hey, if it is what you want.

Calories are an artificial concept with regard to the body, it is the amount of heat required to raise 1 L of water by 1 degree celcius (the food is burned, I am sure the amount of the food is set as well, I just don't know what it is).

So what is stated on the packet may not be how the body registers the calories, a few more things come into play like lean body tissue, hormonal response to the food, how effective your digestion is, genetics (insulin/glucose receptors and transporters.............the list is quite long)

The calculation that states how many calories you have burned (are you using a heart rate monitor or relying on what the machine says?), is also an man-made concept.

It is not as simple as calories in and calories out, otherwise you would be able to eat a diet of 2000 - 3000 kcals from chocolate, cakes and biscuits, and still have a fantastic physique.

That being said, it is one of the best things we have to work with right now.

As tatyana says a Refeed is crucial...

but the combination is really bad for you, but its not gonna kill ya.

it will aslo kick in a shitload of endomorphins and make you feel swell.

Tatyana is 100% correct.

somebody said that it takes the food 48-72 hours to become either fat or not.

what would be the best option?

1) What Tatyana said.

2) This behavior is symptomatic of exercise bulimia. I would really examine this if I were you.
