I made 305 on the 2 Board Decline Bench. That's a PR seeing that I never did it before
. Don't panic when you see a lack of spotters - I had my patented boxes with anti-roll device - heavily tested with a 300 pound barbell to ensure no tips, rolls, falls, etc.

It's ugly, but I moved the weight somehow. I know my elbows look wrong, and I should have probably squeezed my shoulders back more. Any tips would be helpful. If you're wondering why I chose decline instead of flat, it's because I need to build 2 more boxes.
