If you are making a recipe and want to use egg whites instead of whole eggs. I just read that you can use 2 egg whites in place of one whole egg.

as far as protein goes (from what i have read in the last day) 2 egg whites have as much protein as 1 egg. but it might depend on what your cooking it might rely on the yolk for taste
