1st timer on winny

he'll be using the 10mg pill form..
how would u recommend using it for a 1st timer and how long the cycle?

ive done winny b4.. jus tt i havent taken it alone, previously took dbol 50mg and winny 50mg ed for 4 wks, sust 650mg ew 8 wks and a 100 pill bottle of 10mg of winny 20mg ed. bt never taken it alone so looking to for feed bck from u guys for my fren. any suggestions?????? btw he's afraid to inject so i guess orals are the only options for him.. he jus wants to harden up..
