1st time Oxandrolone user

With ANAVAR its rather mild and I think best results are seen with 10-12 weeks cycles.
MOST any other oral AAS I would say 4-6 weeks MAX.
 
What about increasing your Protein intake a bit? 60-80 g of protein daily? Thats nothing! Thats what i eat for breakfast? Or maybe I read that wrong?60-80g of protein per day is insane my brother, especially since your goal is to gain muscle.

i read in a couple places that 1/2 gram per pound of body weight...

thats probably just to maintain..Ill try bumping that as well..120 grams good start?
 
I would be aiming for a min of 1 gram protein per lb of body weight minimum. If your on cycle your body can use more.

My man 0.5 gram of protein per lbs of body weight, is weight too little for your goals, i always shoot for 1.5 to 2 grams of protein per pound body weight, especially when on cycle, im currently doing an Anavar/Clen/Proviron cycle and my protein intake hasnt been less than 330 grams on my lowest day, i try to average 360-380 x day, i weight 186 lbs

In your case, i would try to shoot for at least 1.5 per pound, NUTRITION brother is the most important thing! You could be doing all the steroids and drugs in the world you want but if you're not eating properly, you might as well be spending your money on something else without the side effects of steroids. Anyway try to shoot for 1.5g of protein per pound!

okay first day breakfast of 59gms ish protein (included a egg protein shake of 22 gms) 3 hardboiled eggs, 2 heaping tblsp cottage cheese piece of boneleess skinless chkn bout 8oz, egg protein shake with raspberries coconut oil,almond milk, water. That a decent start?

It is!! I got a killer breakfast and before bed meal that i always stick to and wouldnt change it for anything! I'll give you my secret recipe brother! Here it goes:

1 cup Fage 0% greek yogurt = 130 cal 23g protein 0 fat
1/2 cup 0% cottage cheese = 80 calories 13g protein 0 fat
2 scoops of Dymatize Elite 100 = 212 cal 48g protein 0 fat
1 tb spoon peanut butter = 95 cal 4g protein 8g fat
1 serving of Kashi Go Lean Cereal = 160 cal 13g protein 1g fat

For a Superb grand total of
677 cal
Only 9g of Fat
And a whooping 101g of protein!!!


So there you have it guys! My super secret breakfast recipe LOL seriously if anyone out there can do better than this for breakfast besides the good old 12egg whites 2 whole eggs scrambled eggs breakfast , please im all ears!!!

The good thing about this is that i also take it before bed (minus the peanut butter and cereal of course!) and it yields me a whooping 84g of protein with only 400 calories and 0 fat!! The very best part of this before bed is that plain greek yogurt is made mostly with Casein Protein and as you may know its a slow digesting type of protein which is great before bed to feed the body and muscles for the 8 hours of sleep.

Well there you have it fellas!! Dont share the secret haha Good Luck!

sweet bro! thx..i also have a tub of casien protein power from nuta bio. between all this and the VAR (maybe something different this winter for my 2nd cycle)..??? ..i thinking WE can kick this muscular dystrophy's ass right outta town... let me work through this first ever cycle first..then i can start planning for cycle 2 :) I would LOVE to get back in the GYM again..been 25 something years.. (i got so down and weak few years ago was at 245 lbs shitty diet,38" waist).. they wanted to put me in a wheelchair I said no frikin way!.that kinda lit the fire under my butt to beat this thing! NOW ive held at 170ish and 32" waist for years! Heck all i have to do is build more good muscle than bad muscle..it might not correct my DNA defect..but that doesnt mean we cant overcome the effects..MOTIVATION DEDICATION..i have both :)
