My man 0.5 gram of protein per lbs of body weight, is weight too little for your goals, i always shoot for 1.5 to 2 grams of protein per pound body weight, especially when on cycle, im currently doing an Anavar/Clen/Proviron cycle and my protein intake hasnt been less than 330 grams on my lowest day, i try to average 360-380 x day, i weight 186 lbs
In your case, i would try to shoot for at least 1.5 per pound, NUTRITION brother is the most important thing! You could be doing all the steroids and drugs in the world you want but if you're not eating properly, you might as well be spending your money on something else without the side effects of steroids. Anyway try to shoot for 1.5g of protein per pound!
