Hey guys just thinking about doing my first cycle and I'm not sure what to do I've been working out for 5 years I'm 22 I weigh 213lbs I'm 6 foot I can bench 275x 10 on flat and can deadlift 315 for sets of 10 I can shrug 405 for sets of 10 I wanna gain a ton of strength. Wondering if someone could post some cycles or the cycle I should take?
