So I started my cycle of SARMS yesterday and am looking for some pointers, mostly for PCT and Bridging but any advice on making this run better would be appreciated. I've ran a PH cycle before with mediocre results and am hoping this will be much different. I've given myself a goal of reaching 195lbs in 6 months and would love some advice on where to go from here.
So here is a little bit about me-
Age: 32
Height: 6' 0"
Weight: 175lbs (up 5 pounds in last 3 weeks, highest weight ever achieved 185)
BF%: 13-14%
CYCLE-
Weeks 1-8
LGD-4033- 2mg (increasing 1mg per week up to 8mg)
HCGenerate
Formasurge- 2 pumps morning and night
PCT-
Weeks 9-12
S-4- 25MG morning & 6 hrs later
Ostarine- 25mg
Formasurge- 2 pumps morning and night
Unleashed post cycle combo
Diet-
I will be eating A LOT. I easily eat 5k calories a day now, thru food and weight gainer no problem but will be upping it to about 6k possibly even 7k depending on how my appetite adjust. My food will be clean, simple, balanced and unfortunately very repetitive. I am worried about the hunger pains tho, as I am typically always eating as it is.

Training-
3days on 1 day off. Maybe some light cardio on off days.
AM- Fullbody workout/Stretching. Every morning just to wake me up and get the blood flowing. Nothing heavy.
PM-
Chest/Bi's
Legs/Abs (HIT/Plyometric training every other leg day)
Back/Tri's
Off
Shoulders/Traps
Legs/Abs
Arms
Off
Sleep-
I'm aiming for 8-1/2hrs every night. I drink a lot of coffee daily and am hoping I can cut it back some on this run. I get very drowsy in the afternoon and am curious if this will help alleviate that.
So my biggest concern is after I've run the 12 weeks. Where do I go from there? Is it 4 weeks off with nothing. Or do I start a new cycle after pct? I've read about bridging but am still very unclear. Is there a bridge for a SARMS cycle?
I will be updating this log regularly for the duration of my cycle. I'm look forward to some feedback and will be happy to answer any questions you guys may have.
