1st SARMS cycle-Log "Help, ctitique, insult..."

So I started my cycle of SARMS yesterday and am looking for some pointers, mostly for PCT and Bridging but any advice on making this run better would be appreciated. I've ran a PH cycle before with mediocre results and am hoping this will be much different. I've given myself a goal of reaching 195lbs in 6 months and would love some advice on where to go from here.

So here is a little bit about me-
Age: 32
Height: 6' 0"
Weight: 175lbs (up 5 pounds in last 3 weeks, highest weight ever achieved 185)
BF%: 13-14%

CYCLE-
Weeks 1-8
LGD-4033- 2mg (increasing 1mg per week up to 8mg)
HCGenerate
Formasurge- 2 pumps morning and night

PCT-
Weeks 9-12
S-4- 25MG morning & 6 hrs later
Ostarine- 25mg
Formasurge- 2 pumps morning and night
Unleashed post cycle combo

Diet-
I will be eating A LOT. I easily eat 5k calories a day now, thru food and weight gainer no problem but will be upping it to about 6k possibly even 7k depending on how my appetite adjust. My food will be clean, simple, balanced and unfortunately very repetitive. I am worried about the hunger pains tho, as I am typically always eating as it is.

Optimum Nutrition Pro Complex
Labrada Xtreme NO- maybe…
MP Iron Dream
Vibrant Health Green Vibrance
SciVation Xtend
Universal Nutrition Animal Flex

Training-
3days on 1 day off. Maybe some light cardio on off days.

AM- Fullbody workout/Stretching. Every morning just to wake me up and get the blood flowing. Nothing heavy.

PM-
Chest/Bi's
Legs/Abs (HIT/Plyometric training every other leg day)
Back/Tri's
Off
Shoulders/Traps
Legs/Abs
Arms
Off

Sleep-
I'm aiming for 8-1/2hrs every night. I drink a lot of coffee daily and am hoping I can cut it back some on this run. I get very drowsy in the afternoon and am curious if this will help alleviate that.

So my biggest concern is after I've run the 12 weeks. Where do I go from there? Is it 4 weeks off with nothing. Or do I start a new cycle after pct? I've read about bridging but am still very unclear. Is there a bridge for a SARMS cycle?

I will be updating this log regularly for the duration of my cycle. I'm look forward to some feedback and will be happy to answer any questions you guys may have.
 
S4 in PCT is a BIG NO! S4 is suppressive so putting it in PCT is doing more harm than good. Other than that your PCT and cycle look great. I didn't experience any hunger pains on my LGD run. Always remember time on + PCT = Time off. So you'll need to wait awhile after PCT before you decide to cycle again. As for bridging, it's all about running non/minimal suppressive compounds to help maintain gains and even pack on a little extra mass between cycles. As a bridge comes to an end, you run a short PCT to get yourself back on base hormone levels and then you begin your cycle. You could get away with running Osta and S4 as a bridge until your next cycle, but you could really maximize results by adding GW in there as well (commonly referred to as the SARMS Triple Stack). LGD is a wonderful compound, I'm sure you'll enjoy it and the gains that come along with it.

Oh and btw...looking at your workout split, you should probably go chest/tris back/bis. That way you combine pushing and pulling muscle groups to avoid overtraining them.

There are girls starting LGD at 4m ED, I wouldn't bother wasting one of my eight weeks as low as 2mg, or another another week at 3mg and so on. Guy's are now starting at 10mg, but each to their own.

Sounds like you can eat, but can you lift?

And don't bother adding a SARM to a SARM PCT
Add a SARM(osta) to an AAS PCT

Looks okay but like the others said, up the Lgd and remove s4 from pct. I had great success using ostarine In pct after using Lgd so I don't see a problem with it. In fact, I'd use s4 on cycle and add some gw too

1-8 Lgd 10mg+
1-8 gw50156 20mg
1-8 s4 50mg+

..Then ostarine in pct. You could also extend the GW into your pct which would total 12 weeks. Continue the ostarine after pct as your bridge. Throw in some peptides if you want an even better bridge

I like this plan the best. Also make sure you track your calories. You may he eating a lot less than you think you are. Lots of guys come on here claiming to eat 5k per day, then when I have them list their diet it ends up being half of that. Try to eat as much whole foods as you can. Gainers are full of sugar and fillers which are not the right kind of calories
 
Gironda advised mixing equal amounts of heavy cream with pineapple juice...easy way to pack in 1000-1200 calories...tastes really good to boot
 
So I went back and dug thru the logs I have been following and discovered I have some serious reading comprehension issues....that being said I will be removing the S4 from my PCT and am going to try it during cycle. I'm gonna wait on the GW and run that post PCT, possibly doing the Triple Stack. Also gonna look further into peptides, IPAM sounds pretty amazing.

My workout last night was pretty decent. Strength and endurance was up but not entirely sold that it had anything to do with 2 days worth of doses. And as of today I have upped my dosage to 5mg.

I started S4 this morning upon waking at 25mg and 8 hours later took another 25mg. Is there a benefit to splitting this up? Is it better to take it early in the day? Or later to have it coincide with my workouts? Or does it not matter at all? Also now that I'm running S4 is there anything I should add to PCT or should I still be covered?

Sometime this weekend I'll probably upload my meal plan.

Appreciate all the responses so far, will keep you guys updated.
 
Some guys take their s4 all at once pre workout. Others split it. Either way, the half life is pretty short.
 
My 5th day in and I'm feeling AWESOME.

Strength has been increasing steadily but that is to be expected with as hard as I'm working and much as I'm eating. The real suprise tho is my endurance. It was incredible. After a 2hr leg session I eventually had to make myself leave. Drop-sets, add-sets, supersets it didnt matter I felt like I could just keep doing more. I shuuld have been dragging my feet as I left the gym but I was still full of energy.

Excited to see how I compare to my oldself at 185.
