1st cycle review

Wk 1-10 400mg of Super Test 250
Wk 1-15 20mg Nolvadex
Wk 12-15 Day 1: 300mg Clomid. Day 2-11: 100mg Clomid. Day 12-21: 50mg Clomid.

26 years old. 6ft 170lbs. Lifting for about 5 years.
This is my first cycle any thoughts or reccomendations would be appreciated.

Ya I plan on starting to consume mass amounts of food and super high amounts of protein, my weight is down from a normallly 175-180lb range. My goals are just to put on about 15-20lbs lean muscle mass. Will train hard and heavy 5 days a week, prob cardio 3 days a week. Foods: Chicken, Steak, Tuna, Shakes, Eggs, Multi-grain breads, Beans and veggies.

is an ideal cycle. what you have sucks (no offence). brad is right your pretty small. without knowing how to eat and train a cycle is only going to waste your time and leave you in a worst place than before you started. you will lose any gains you get and you only get 1 first cycle. if you do it right you will blow up.

im just busting your stones.

eating right needs to be done all the time. not just on your cycle. you should put on some size and hold it for a while first.

I have been hearing this stuff is real good actually and that any kind of test solo run, should be reserved for the first cycle.

At your weight, I'd be dropping the cardio. Unless you want to add even more to your diet just to make sure you aren't getting catabolic during your cardio.

Eat and train right and you won't add enough fat to really concern you.

Whats everyones thoughts on all that nolva? Anyone think I could get away with just using it for pct and drop it durin the reg cycle? thanks.

Yes its not the best AI for on cycle use i keep A-dex on hand but dont use it .
And never take my Clomid over 50mg ed for pct , thats when sides start and you dont need it any higher .

bumping the test e down to 250mg a week, but adding dbol, what weeks and dosages would be ideal for this run?

oh and hesnobradpitt, what do you think about just nolva for pct and no clomid? no hcg should be needed correct?

weeks 1-10--test e 250mg/wk
weeks 1-5--dbol 20mg/day

i would run small dose of hcg weeks 11-13 (3 weeks), it wont cut into your gains and ramps your nuts up to where they should be.

So your just saying HCG and no nolva or clomid for PCT. For some reason i thought HCG wouldnt really be needed for such a low dose test cycle. And what are your thoughts on running nolva during the cycle? Iv heard of doing it. OR should i just keep it on hand in case of some flare ups?
 
250 and 20 is to low. take 350-500 and 40
 
You should be able to bulk to 190 in 3 months without juice brohemoth. You just need to eat more. I'd do that first, and then cycle to a good 210-215 or so. Then cut up down to a solid 200.

Bam, 6 months and you can be 200 solid with hard work and good eating.

Well, in all honesty bro, 6 ft 170 is skinny. No disrespect. I was 6'2" 170-175 when I started lifting and I was skinny.


You should just start eating like crazy and put on some good weight before you use any juice.


I'll say this:


Guys who can get big naturally will be huge on steroids. Guys that can't get huge naturally (which almost all of the time it is due to diet flaws or in a few cases terrible training methods) will not benefit from steroids because they will just get small again when they come off the juice. I thappens all the time. Don't be one of those guys.



So, having said that, you need to learn how to gain naturally at a consistent pace for a long period of time before you think you should use steroids. Otherwise, they will do you no good in the long run, or even relatively short-term.
 
well im honestly about 5'10.5, usually around 175-185lb range. Big chest, Big arms, with a lil beer gut, and the occassional tad of fat around the lower chest. :evil:
 
Good Advice Everyone,Another tip Eat several smaller servings thru out the day 5-6 with Protein added to each meal,You Should consume at least 2 grams of protein for every lb of bodyweight!

If You can Make some gains naturally,Then you will be huge on gear!

A lot of good advise on here. There are many different ways to accomplish the same thing so the advise really isn't conflicting.

I think you should really consider this protocol and stick with test only for you're first cycle. Joe D has it mapped out perfectly. That said, yeah you should wait until you can put on a good 15-20 pounds natty.

Thought 250mg test e would be sufficient. But some say 'ya that works great' or 'no at least 500mg'
 
umm...i've said this before, i was at your stats 6'3'' and a measly 170. did my first cycle of winny alone and regretted it. I was a hasty and thought I knew it all. my point, you can gain weight naturally, just eat like a horse, then when your ready, take the plunge. for the nolva... it all depends really, I would run nolva thruought the cycle if I were you. thats just me tho
 
Thanks for all the advice. I used to be around 185-190lb, pretty buffed up but had that annnoying 'baby fat' shit that i was so sick of. So i got on some animal cuts (they actually worked ok for me) and got down to where i am right now. I guess I am off to wal mart to buy mass amounts of food and just eat tons of clean protein till i get back up, w/o the baby fat. then ill try the test e. i thought my pct was good enough, but would rather not run nolva the whole time and just save it for the end, also would like to not have to use hcg.....
 
I agree with every1 you gotta eat alot. I am 6ft and i use 2 weigh about 160. Now im up 2 193lbs. You just gotta keep eating. Set ur alarm in the middle of the night and take down some food that extra meal will help
 
dude I down 3-4 weight gaining shakes a day, two before I go to bed. it comes out to 3000-4000 cal just in shakes. I started gaining too much weight and had to scale it down. I wouldn't advise doing it that large but take it slow and build up your stomach. its possible for us hardgainers to gain naturally.
