1st cycle help please

To echo 4T....I was doing just prop recently and was cutting. Looking good and not looking like I was holding any water. When I stopped because of injury I lost 10 lb of water. Fuck me!!

Just your general practitioner bro. Also known as an idiot. (most of them are)

Just get your regular bloodwork done. If you don't do it regularly then start doing it as much as your insurance will pay for it. Especially if you plan on cycling in the future.

Just have a Free and total testosterone test added to it. Don't ask..... TELL.

Reading not just this forum but several others. I just made this my home forum because I thought this was the most knowledgeable AAS forum.
 
you would be out of your mind for doing steroids at your size. you are way too fat. no steroids don't turn you into what you want like a magic pill, it takes a lot of hard work in the gym and diet.

you need to clean the shit out of your diet right now. yeah your estrogen is sky high, but that is cause you let yourself go so much.. only way to correct it is to change your diet.

i hate to ask this cause guys always lie but what is your diet like now? please don't put down what you eat once or twice a week and pretend you are doing everything right.. i wasn't born yesterday. until you fix your diet you can run everyday and it won't put much of a dent into anything

Yeah I'm way too fat lol, my diet has been horrible for a very long as you can see. Starting this morning I've been watching what I eat like crazy, eating 8 egg whites and a grapefruit for breakfast, ordering grilled chicken salad and no dressing for lunch, and idk what yet for dinner. Gotta start turning it around somewhere. Thanks for the honesty man

well i honestly think you know what you did wrong and it sounds like you are on a better track.

the diet you listed is an improvement. now you just have to get in an hour of exercise EVERYDAY. also i suggest throwing away your tv OR requiring if you watch tv you must walk on a treadmill while doing it. think about it this way.. you spend 3 hours watching the game on tv or 2 hours or so watching a movie.. yet you can't dedicate 1 hour a day for exercise. doesn't make much sense to me.

for dinner.. how bout some baked fish/turkey/chicken with sweet potato and a salad.
