1st cycle help please

I do as many push ups, sit ups, and dips as I can possibly do during my shift but EOD so I can recover. I run about a mile everyday after shift also.!

I love it - as many push ups, sit ups and dips as poss in a shift. That's awesome and a little old school.

Bf is high to cycle though. If you do, watch the gyno/estrogen as it will be likely.

Seriously, you need to get down in BF, 15% is a good number I would say you are in the 30+ BF range right now. Running is not the preferred method of loosing fat. Read up on HIIT its less time consuming but more calorie consuming, so it allows you to loose fat quicker. Change you eating also, do some research on this site on the diet section.
Steroids at this point won't help, they don't burn fat, they build muscle so what you will have is a lot of muscle under a thick layer of fat which will look horrible.

I've never done and gear so does that mean I've just got naturally high e? ...fuck. I will look into HIIT like you said and I will get the body fat down before I start anything

Way to be smart bro. It sucks to wait but in your situation it could be rather unhealthy. You wont know if you have gyno until you drop a lot of fat.

I agree with 4T that your 30%+ . You look like a big strong guy but I would wager you could drop 100 lb. Do your diet research. High protein, very low carbs, moderate GOOD fats. HIIT cardio is definitely the way to go bro. The first 50 lb should come off pretty quick and easy.
 
You can have low test and high E, just the cards you were dealt from mother nature or from your diet. Look at some really fat guys and start noticing where the fat sits. I have been doing this for long enough I can tell when certain parts of my body have a higher bf than normal whether its from hi e, lack of cardio or just fat from eating like crap, sometimes if I am super flat it's from no carbs.
I just quit my cycle because I was holding water and wanted to start from scratch to see what the fuck was causing the retention. So in the last 10 days I have lost 12lbs of water weight. There is so much chemistry in hormones and diet, that is why you need to start with a diet and stick to the same fucking diet every day at the same time every day. Then do HIIT and loose the weight, then add AAS if you choose, but one at time so you can see the effects that it has not only physically (muscle and bone structure), but mentally and physiologically (internally).
Good luck bro and I was 30+BF once or twice too; it is really easy to get there. But from there I have been down below 8% more often now that I know what NOT to do.

Burn, I got down to 260 from 355 in just under 5 months when I was younger, crazy dieting and lots of cardio and hydroxicut (which I don't take anymore). I ended up looking more slim but not muscular at all. Yeah I was uneducated. I'm trying to do it right this time around and look half decent afterwards.

4T do you recommends a book I can learn some of the do's and dont's from? Or did you gain your knowledge over time from the forums? Just looking for a good place to learn also
