1st cycle help please

Ok first off, forgive me guys for I am a noob, I have been researching this for a bit and someone says one thing then someone else says the exact opposite. I've decided to take the leap and try anabolics. I'm trying to get ready to start a 10 week cycle of Test prop and a 4 week kick start with Dbol. I have a friend that does body building and he is currently putting a diet together for me that will be somewhat easy to accomplish with my work schedule.
My question is where in the hell do I buy clomid? I found an OTC estrogen blocker that is called clomex but I'm not sure that will work too well. Am I suppose to take the AI during my cycle or after during my pct. Also is HCG a sufficient pct? Since this is my first cycle and I am a noob I'm not entirely sure what else I need to take and when to take it, or where to get it for that matter, so please be gentle lol. Also is extremepeptides.com a good source for an AI?

I'm 28, 340lbs 26% BF. I work in the south Texas oil fields so physical labor is always present. I do as many push ups, sit ups, and dips as I can possibly do during my shift but EOD so I can recover. I run about a mile everyday after shift also. I take in no junk food and only water and tea, occasionally Gatorade after a good run or hot day at work. I try to stay away from sugars as well.

Dvoted yes I do hit the gym about 4 times a week for about an hour.

Idobehigh I forgot to mention that I'm 6'2". I'm sure Italy not make a huge difference but I thought I'd throw it out there. What would you recommend I start with? Would winstrol be okay to take to help drop the body fat percentage?

No I wouldn't run any aas or ph at all bro until you get around 15% bf.. You can run a fat burner if you like they have a good selection
 
winstrol isnt going to help you. neither is clen or t3 before anyone goes there.

you need a good strong otc fat burner, proper cutting diet and an assload of cardio. doing this correctly will drop bodyfat off you with a quickness.

using aas at your weight/bf % will get you unwanted side effects, higher than normal estrogen levels, and put a bigger strain on your lipids and CNS.
are you actually 340 or was it a typo and you're 240?
 
I totally agree with the people on here. I am still new to this community but after constantly doing my research here and picking up things and also by pming people on the forums I have learned a crap ton of information.

My advice to you is this (which has been already said): DIET DIET DIET!!! If you ask any professional, novice, or gym enthusiast DIET is 70% LIFTING HARD/CARDIO is 30%. Get your diet right first and drop that BF%.

Remember steroids is not something that makes you bigger or more cut its used for recovery. Thus, it lets you go HAM in the gym and keeps letting you go HAM all over again the next day and the next.

In conclusion; set up a CLEAN diet i dont know how tall you are but either way your a big boy. Try to eat 340g carbs 700g protein and some fats and eat some good fats approx 50g that should be a decent macro for you even though i dont know how tall you are. Key thing is eat smaller portioned meals (size of your fist) throughout the day and also drink a crap ton of water. Water is 1)healthier then other crap out there 2)helps with matabolism 3)flushes your system out. general rule of thumb: drink around 8-10 glasses of water a day.

also how burnthiscorpse and other people said only after your diet and bf is correct should one go forward with aas.

Arimidex 0.25mgs EOD
