1st cycle help keep me safe

Hey guys Im 43 have been lifting for years and want to do a cycle. I got gyno when I was 13 and still have some. I am planning on doing a 12 cycle of test c at 500 week with nol and clomid. What should I take during the cycle? Thanks:confused::artist:
 
If you are prone to gyno, you should definately take aromasin 12.5 eod at least. Also since you are gyno prone, try running that test at 300-375 a week. what is your stats? I know your age, what is your height and weight and body fat percentage? How long you been lifting? I mean if you have gyno now, I'd personally tell you don't run a cycle, but you will anyways, so rather you do it safely. The clomid is not for on cycle, you start the clomid 14 days after you last injection of test cyp. I run 100mg a day first week after, then 50 mg a day for 3 weeks. Some say 50mg a day for all 4 weeks. Just up to you really.

Hey 502, I just talked to my wife and she forgot to tell me got blood work tests back and I quess I have Low testosterone. So you said if Im prone you wouldn't do any cycle at all? Isnt there a way to work around it? I have been reading about Raloxifene
a study showed reversal in gyno for young to old men. Anyway I would appreciate your feedback.

These are most definitely NOT cycling stats! At 23% BF, you're risking an even higher rate of estrogen conversion, and asking for health issues.
Diet, training, and dedication are key here. Get yours in check, and drop to the 15% BF area before you consider any type of cycle.
 
Your wife said you have low test? what was the level? If anything run 200mg of test cyp or enanthate a week, you could even do every other week, just to get a normal test level. At that body fat percent you do not need to run an actual cycle bro. the low test level could cause you to be overweight and lethargic and low sex drive, maybe a low dose test at most bro, that's just my 2 cents, you will do what you chose, but the smart choice would be get your diet in check, work out, get down to 15% at least then look into running a cycle. As Jester stated, at that high of bf test will just convert to estrogen more, which would make you VERY prone to gyno, and I don't think that is your goal. Be smart and get your diet in check and get back working out and drop that bf. If you won a competition 5 yr ago, you must know how to diet.
