Hi everybody,
so 1st lets get the details down, 5ft7 175, id say 11-12% bf at start of cycle, 29 yrs old
test e 250 Mon & Thurs
deca 250 mon
plan is deca 8wks test 10wks
ok so half way through 4th week and i am up about 8 lbs....seems good but im am really notocing some fat now and i think this may be due to impatience and lack of knowledge about expectations, and when and how to boost calories when on a cycle.
So my diet was
50gm p
30grm c
15gm f
per meal x 6 meals per day
and as measured by diabetic exchange (only count main source; so if taking 50gms of oats that is 30gm carbs dont count the fat and protein from it)
ok so when the gains stoped (mid wk 2) i upped the carbs to 45
the trouble is i weighed myself every morning and if weight stalled for 3 days i would up it again so eventually i was eating

thing is I have noticable fat gain so my questions:
1, have i been impatient for the weight gains?? when do you guys start seeing the weight gain on a cycle (btw i haven't noticed a abnormal strength increase over when not on a cycle)
2, when you are on a cycle does your weight go up in unpredictable jumps... like maybe no increase for a few days them boom up a pound or two???
3, how often and by how much do you increase cals when "on", when would you say to yourself ok i havent gained weight in x days its time to increase?
if i think of any other questions I will post em if thats ok
I really want to make the best out of this cycle (don't plan on doing many) so any advice would be greatly appreciated
oh yeah 4, how long after pct would you guys say it is safe to start a cut without loosing (of course i understand its always a danger) my on cycle gains??
