GH can NOT be legally imported, possessed or used UNLESS you have a US doctors prescription and are using a US bought GH that was purchased WITH that prescription.

That's like saying that if you have a mex doc's script then it's OK to bring back steroids. I know steroids are controlled, but so is GH, but by the FDA not the DEA.

Customs charges for importing GH are JUST as stiff as steroids, they are classified the same, in layman terms the way they word it in the statute is "anything used for physical enhancement purposes"

So importing is a NO NO, it's a felony that can carry up to a 5 year prison term. Possession isn't that big of a deal, it's a misdemeanor.

Moral of the story is don't believe what you read, I have a friend that's been through this, and if you can prove anything I've written above was wrong, then you would be one hell of a lawyer because you could have proven the federal prosecutor wrong.

Customs, through the authority of the FDA, is allowing a 90-day supply of non-controlled, FDA-approved substances into the USA with a USA doctor's prescription. This is a "courtesy." We even have lawmakers encouraging people to go to Canada to fill their prescriptions (non-controlled FDA-approved).
