Hey guys. Most of you guys know me. So I wont make this introduction long, and ill get straight to todays workout.

SATURDAY-BACK
barbellrows 135-10x,185-10x,225-10x,275-5x,225-10x
HIGHSEATED ROW 105-15X, 140-15X, 180-10X, 120-15X,12X
WIDEGRIP PULLDOWNS 3 SETS FAILURE
INCLINE DB ROW 105 3X6
RACKPULLS 410 3X6 kept it light, lower back was strained.
Machine row/SS one arm pulldown 3 sets.
 
Chest day
flat barbell 135-10x, 225 4x8 275-2 295-1 185 pause sets 3 sets
incline barbell 4 sets
flat db 3 sets
cable flys 4 sets
 
Im on a bulk right now to 240 so you guys will see how it effects my strength and what not. I workout 7 days a week 1.5-2hr sessions every day
 
7 days a week as in no rest days... Benefits of being young lol your weight already sounds beast man can't imagine 240
 
I have really good genetics I think. The more work I do the more benefits I reap. My dad was the same way, hed train 7 days a week up to 4 hours a day. Ive always trained like this pretty much.. I love the sport and I cant take off days, its my drug, my fix.

Ill only talk about this once, I ran the epi and stopped on week 2, started to get gyno symptoms and it wasnt worth it to me, I am natural, and I did not gain anything off of epi becasue I stopped it so early, sorry I cant talk much about this it is the rules.. But no I did not finish it.

Rope pushdowns/zotman curls 2 sets SUPER light to get bloodflow through everything.
CLOSEgrip benchpress 135-20x, 225 4x8, 275-2x (PR), 225-8x
SPIDER curls 75 4xfailure
INCLINE skullcrushers 75 4xfailure kept both of these light for bloodflow reps were like 20
Seated hammercurls/no back rest 40lbs 4x20
PUSHDOWNS straightbar 4 sets 15-20 reps
Straightbar curls 95 3 sets
Seated tri extentions 30lbs each arm 3sets
FOREARMS
80lb THICK bar wrist curls 4x failure
REVERSE grip ezbar curls 75 4xfailure
This is what it takes to naturally get 18"arms ;) Lots of volume to get that blood flowing... I got some pics today ill post later SHITTY gym lighting... honestly its awful.. But I will post them later anyway.

Okay, here I am. You want my honest opinion, so here it goes. I think you have the genetics and the dedication to go far in the BBing arena, I do. But you need to adjust a few things in your training. You do entirely too many sets, especially for someone who is natural. I believe you are overtraining, which is counterproductive. You are young so you probably can get away with doing a few more sets then us old people can. However, I believe if you would cut back on some sets and took a day or two off a week you would grow like a weed. Remember, the growing process takes place outside the gym. Just adjust a few things and you will definitely be on your way...

I sleep 10 hours everynight and eat like a lunatic though.. I feel like my body adaps well, and if I feel like my cns is fucked i take a day off.. I have a easy way to see if im overtrained.. i put 225 on a bar and hold it and time it, then in a week or so i do it again and if I cant hold it longer I know im overtrained..

Okay, that's fine. You wanted my opinion and I gave it to you. You know your body better than anyone. If it's not broke, don't fix it...

I want more feedback on my physique like what I should work on more.. try to get better.. And dieting help.. You want me eating every 2 hrs but im not sure what to eat.. Going to need your help :)
 
Just ate 7 eggs at 11:30 fuck that eggwhite stuff! I eat the whole damn egg. I eat like 12 whole eggs a day
 
I hit back today it consisted of
barbell rows
reverse grip barbell rows
high seated rows
widegrip behind neck pulldowns

Diets been good today.. steady weight gain, im at 227lbs right now empty stomach.. On my way to 240-250 lbs hopefully.

Im actually going to compete in npc teens next summer.. The plan is to add around 15-20 lbs of muscle then get shredded. Just trying to build my physique as much as I can right now..
 
I guess this is why I can lift 7 days a week... All ive done today is eat lift and nap. all day

One arm tri extentions 45 lb dbs 4x8 each arm
Seated hammer curls 45s 3x20 60s-12x
Rope/straightbar pushdowns 4 sets
Seated barbell curl 4 sets
 
Had a really good workout, because I was pissed off. The gym owner went on vacation for 12 days and I took care of the whole gym for him in that time.. And the dickhead didnt even say thank you. He bitched at me as soon as I walked in the gym though for not doing something right.. So I started off legs in a rage.
Squats 135-5x, 225-5x, 315 5x5 deep paused reps 365 3x3 paused in the hole. I didnt squat for a long time and my squat really has gone down, but my form is spot on now and it wasnt back in the day.
Legpress 5 plates-15x, 6 plates-20x, 7 plates-10x, 8 plates-8x, 8 plates plus 50=5 reps 50 lb pr and the legpress at the gym I go to is much harder then other ones, its more elevated.
Leg ext/hamstring curls

Monsterset (standing db shrugs/barblelshrugs/seated reardelt shrugs)
110 dbs 230 barbell and 40 for seated 3 sets
 
This is going to be my diet for the next long while.. Im trying to figure out what works for me, LED all input is appreciated.

Morning shake= 2 cup oats/2 tbspoon pb/ banna/strawberrys/ 2 scoops whey/ice =pre workout meal/ fishoil/creatine
Post workout meal= 2 sweet potatoe 8oz chicken
few hrs later= 1 cup brown rice=8 oz chicken
another shake with 2 scoops later on with glutamine
I usually eat 2 turkey sandwhiches with the shake i just put mustard on them
I also usually have 1 more meal of chicken/rice/veggies
I also eat 10 whole eggs a day
 
It is nice being a teenager; you can eat whatever u like! I miss those days haha

Shit dude I actually love lifting on a empty stomach, but I know its not all that good.. I get around 60 carbs i think preworkout...
with the greens I think greens are great for cutting because they keep you full for a while but Im trying to put on 20lbs so i gotta have a heavy appetite.. But I sometimes eat more greens like whne my parents cook them ill eat them

I actually have to watch what I eat somewhat haha.. I put fat on pretty easily I used to be pretty obese actually so ive had to watch my intake somewhat

Yeah in 8th grade I think i went from 5'7 200 lbs of fat to a pretty lean 6'0 160 in a few months. Hit a major growth spurt and lost 40 lbs haha

Workout wasnt that good at all.. Last night was AWFUL. layed in bed from 12-3am and couldnt sleep because it was so fucking hot. finally fell asleep for 20 minutes, woke up drenched in sweat with a fever. also felt like my heart stopped 3 times last night..

Vitamin c is suppose to boost your immune system it's recommended to take when you feel like your getting sick or sick it's good to have on hand

That dropset really just made the workout good.. 25's are much bettter to use on tbar rows then 45's

Thanks a lot!! Glad to have you here. Luckily ive never really been into partying and stuff, and all of my close friends share this lifestyle with me:) and I hope to go very far in bodybuilding.. Competing next year, and I want to get a pro card in my twentys
