12 Weeks To Glory!!!

Hello all.I am starting my cutting program for 12 weeks tomorrow.i have alot to lose and this may take more than the prescibed 12 weeks but here goes anyway. I will be working out with weights 5 days per week doing each bodypart once per week and cardio everyday.

Here is my diet:
Meal 1:1/2 cup oatmeal + 1 whole egg + 5 egg whites

Meal 2:protein shake

Meal 3:tin of tuna+ 1/ cup of rice and vegetables

Meal 4:protein bar

Meal 5: protein shake

Meal 6: chicken+ vegetables


P.s my stats are 25years old 235 pounds 44 '' waist(way too fat)
any help would be appreciated. the main question is whether i am eating properley to cut the body fat.
 
Gee thanks crumcake.the thing is i have to stick with it and make it through the 12 weeks. i think the first 2 weeks are the hardest
i might also change the protein shakes to real food like tuna and have beef for meal 3.what does everyone think. i will start another post as of 2 morrow to let everyone know of my progress if anyone cares.
 
Meal 1. 2 Scoops Protein Powder/ 1/2 Cup NATURAL Oatmeal
Meal 2. 8oz grilled Chicken Breast/ 1/2 Pita Bread/ light dressing
Meal 3. 2 cans of Tuna/ 1 cup BROWN rice/ Veggies
Meal 4. 8oz grilled Chicken Breast/ 1/2 cup Brown Rice/ Veggies
Meal 5. 8oz London Broil Steak, trim all visible fat/ Veggies
Meal 6. 2 scoop Protein Powder/ 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive or Flax oil mixed in.

These would be the Exact changes I would do to maximize FATLoss, and possibly add some decent muscle (specially since you are a begginer).

Just some hints:

Cook up food day in advance.
Don't have CHEAT MEALS every week, maybe once ever 14 days, But the more disciplined you are, the more of a bad ass you will be, thus giving you more confidence and greater power.

Eggwhites can be pretty expensive, and they're not even that great of a source of protein, i would replace egg whites with just protein powder.

Focus MAINLY on your strenght training. Cardio is great, but lifting weights is what does it. Do cardio everyday if you can in the morning for at least 30 min. BUT still FOCUS mainly on your lifting.

Do not MISS A MEAL, when you miss a meal, you think in your head "oh shit i fucked up.....i guess that means i can just fuck up for tha rest of tha day, and start fresh again tommarow.." It'll be a never ending cycle of failure.

Anyways Stick to it, just be a man on a mission for 12 short weeks. Don't let anybody tell you it's not possible for you too be ripped in that amount of time. It's totally possible. Do it.

I agree. You might burn out on the protein bars/shakes early otherwise. I noticed London Broil in CrumCakes diet. I eat that also. It's lean and relatively cheap.
