What's everyone's thoughts on carbs for last meal of the day? I've heard by eating a few carbs it will help hold onto more muscle tissue?? I've been eating a small bowl of cerial with either a chicken breast or fillet of fish... Nog in the same bowl!!! Lol. I've been dieting for four weeks, git 12 to go and I'm cutting down nicely but wonder if I'll look better or worse without the carbs before bed. Any help will nd appreciated
