You always use chains? Remember de day is good for pushing your extra's for tri's and such. Haven't been able to push de day for awhile, can't wait to get my speed back (if I ever had any)
this is our first week of chains since the meet, we will do this for two more weeks, we just got done with a few weeks of bands.
yeah usually i do alot of triceps and ther work on sunday, yesterday my shoulder started buggin out so i didnt want to push it to much. as for getting speed back im in the same boat, i think i may need to use less bar weight but im not sure, im just doing what josh says and/or puts on the bar. Next week will be better.
