10000 calorie shake

any idea guys on how to design that famous 10,000 calories protein shake for bulking? or do you know where can I get a recipe ? I'm thinking of replacing breakfast with it.

10,000 calories for breakfast? What is this nonsense?

Also, why not just consume calorie dense foods like PB?

A 10,000 calorie shake? I don't think that's physically possible. I think there was a typo and someone meant to write 1000 calorie shake.

A lot of mass gainer shakes have 1000 calories per serving but they are going to be full of low quality carbohydrates and oils as fillers. It is pretty much a sure way to get fat.

Your best option is to make your own high calorie shake. It'll be much cheaper, and provide much more nutrients then any
mass gainer type of shake.

Buy a high quality blender and blend together the following:
2 scoops of a high quality protein powder such as wheytobuildmuscle from n2bm.com
oatmeal
natural almond butter or peanut butter
frozen fruit
banana
ice
chia/flax seeds
spinach/kale

You can easily make the shake 800-1000 calories. It'll taste better and be much cheaper.

If you want to bulk up with fat instead of muscles, then yeah - go on and drink these 1000 or 10 000 calorie shakes, but don't expect to get lean mass from them, since you would need to add a lot of sugars and carbs into them in order to achieve that sort of figures.

Better focus on lean bulking - this way you will get to the ideal condition right away, and will not need to cut later on.

Unless you were going to chug oil this seems impossible. Why not just use a good whey isolate as your base and add quality ingredients to it? That way you can chose what flavours you want to add and switch it up day to day.
